Exactly What I Was Looking For
I have taken many years of studio dance (ballet, jazz, modern) and some ballroom (salsa, swing). I recently decided to get back in shape after having been out of the dance world for a few years while I had a couple of kids. At my local YMCA they have Zumba and Cardio Jazz classes. It quickly became apparent that my standard sneakers did not provide enough movement, but my old jazz shoes did not provide enough cushioning. Enter the dance sneaker (yay!). I just chose this pair of shoes out of 4 pairs I bought, the other 3 being: Sansha Blitz 3 Dance Sneaker which was almost just as good (especially loved the red color), but the stripes that come down into the arch created more of a point than a curve to the arch which could get uncomfortable after a bit of dancing I would imagine. Whereas these Dyna-Sites felt nice and rounded through the arch. Still, it was a hard choice. Sansha Salsette 1 Jazz Sneaker which just didn't have quite as secure a fit, or flexible a feel (they are only about $33, so you're sort of getting what you pay for). Because they are still a decent little shoe, and cheaper, I recommended these to my Mom who wouldn't care as much about having the true dance shoe feel, and just want a more flexible sneaker. andBloch Women's Amalgam Canvas Dance Sneaker which are truly just a glorified jazz shoe. There's not enough to them to really classify as a sneaker. I didn't even bother moving around in them after they were on my foot - I instantly knew they wouldn't work. I take these shoes to class with me tomorrow and I'll update my review after I see how they handle the test of time. Looking forward to it!

Great dance shoe
I typically wear woman’s size 8/8.5 - ordered size 10 and they were perfect. I use for very active dance - lots of turns and sidestepping - on a wood floor — they are a perfect fit snd affordable option.

Love these shoes!
I enjoy dancing at our local Sr. Center where the floor is linoleum tile. On humid days, wearing Skechers or similar shoes, my feet would stick to the floor, making it difficult to handle certain steps. I took a chance and ordered these shoes because I also liked the arch support it features. From the moment I put them on, I realized I'd made a wise purchase and today, after dancing for 1 1/2 hrs in them, I am even more satisfied. My only complaint is that I couldn't get white in my size. I'll keep checking back to see when they become available & when they do, I'll order a pair!

These hold up well!
I purchased these shoes two years ago and have been line dancing in them four to six hours every week. My feet have felt good since I first put them on (I did buy a larger size, and they fit perfectly), and I've been pleased with their performance. They still feel good on my feet, but are looking very dirty, in spite of wearing street shoes into dance class and changing into these only for dancing. How do I know when it's time to replace them? Can these be washed in a washing machine?

Great little shoe!
I usually buy sneakers with a thin sole so I can flex my foot & point my toes. The soles typically spit across the middle of the sole at the arch, so I decided to buy a pair of split sole shoes. These fit the bill & I am very pleased with them. They are light weight & provide the flexibility in the arch that I need to exercise my foot & ankle after 4 ankle surgeries. I will use them for ballet exercise but also as a casual walking shoe. They seem true to size, are comfortable and provide the support I wanted.

runs small
These fit small. My daughter wears a child size 2 street shoe and these are only slightly large on her. There is yellow glue all around the heel on both shoes. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is my daughter says the shoe is very comfy.

Not bad not great
These are ok dance sneakers and I like having a white pair. The hard sole is not as good on a dance floor as the suede sole, but this is still a pretty good fit for my needs.

Sansha Dyna-Site Dance Sneaker
This shoe is great for advanced line dancing and fits great except thhat I ordered two sizes larger than normal. The split sole is perfect for arch support and not that easy to find in this type of shoe. Also, white is not that easy to find! I love it and would recommend it without reservation.
