Needed Some Adjustment

When this rest arrived the plastic roller did not rotate AT ALL. I was hoping that loosening the retaining screw would solve the problem--it didn't. The screw was held in place with loc-tite. To remove it I had to clamp the brass adjusting screw in a vice to hold it while I loosened and removed the retainer screw. The plastic wheel was very tight on the sleeve that it is supposed to spin on. I removed the wheel, filed it's center hole open with a hobby file, then reassembled it. It works fine now. The whole process took about 10 minutes. For what I paid, I'm not upset. But if you don't have a small round file, this could be a major problem.
