great, simple design

seems very well constructed, buckles lock them into position on the waist belt, web loops very tight, so no sliding or movement. nice that it comes with the D-rings as there is less room on the waist belt due to the length of these. locking mechanism is much simpler and easier to understand than most other systems, so it should be easier to ensure the weight pouch is properly installed and secured.

Perfect way to add ditch-able weight to backplate

When diving a backplate and wing around other divers, I want ditch-able weight that I don’t have to explain. These pockets work just like integrated weight pockets on traditional BCDs. KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid.

great price, easy installation and ease of use

first off these are BIG, they take up all the room in between my buckle and the edges of my wing. The clips are large and well made, tight fitting and had no issues holding 9 lbs on each side for 2 weeks worth of 2-3 a day dives. There is an additional D ring that makes up for the removal of one from my hip. the pouch threads onto my belt nicely and seems to stay in place.

Exactly what I wanted

I haven't dove with these yet but they feel very sturdy and well-made. Like others have said, good way to add simple quick-ditch weights.
