Very easy to use....most importantly clean!

Nothing bad to say about the product. Am using this the same day I got it! Heat up quickly. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate food ....while sitting down...while waiting for food to cook. We are so use to quick food. This allows us to enjoy each other’s company. Daughter loves it cuz she gets to pick what she want(per se hehehe) and place it in the hot pot. We went with 2 broth- 1 spicy and 1 non spicy. Straight out of the box- all you have to do is attached the lid holder(1 screw)....that’s it. Item come in 2 pieces. 1 electric stove and the pot itself. Very happy with product and will definitely utilize this more often now—-cuz my daughter asked me “when are we doing this again” and yes- her iPad wasn’t on the table cuz she was having too much fun with the hot pot

Please fix the issue

The media could not be loaded. The only pros- it heats up quick so I gave it a two stars. Cons- the circle in the middle wasn’t boiling at all as you can see from the attached video. But it still hot enough to cook so I didn’t return it. I guess the manufacturers should find out how to fix this issue.
