Very nice product - early review...
I received mine this week and was able to figure out the mounting very quickly without looking at the pictorial instructions, which were included and mostly adequate. However, the mounting L-bracket is meant for a "back wall" mount, and not a "top-frame" mount. Fortunately, they did kind-of account for that, whether by accident I'm not sure, by having a single screw hole on the top of the L-bracket (where the blind actually gets connected/mounted) so that it could be secured at the top, rather on a back wall. I was able to put a single screw in the L-bracket at the top so that I didn't have to put in some sort of special mounting beam/backing. Whew, I was relieved that that hole was there. Anyway, the blinds seem to be of good quality and were easy to install, taking me only minutes - I did reuse the plastic lined holes that were already there from my previous [broken] blinds, which were expensive Levolor brand. These are NOT double walled (honeycomb/waffle style), so I think I might put on some slide-able drapes for winter, just to add insulation at night. They are fine for summer sun-blocking purpose. Lastly, I ordered beige to more closely match the paint on our walls, and to just not have gleaming white over the windows. They are a little too lightly colored "beige." I wish I'd gone more for the "sand," or a darker tone. These do block the sun pretty well, but they're lighter than I had envisioned. The upper mounting frame, and lowering bar at the bottom are not beige at all, but rather white, so they don't match the actual color of the blinds material. That too was a slight "hmm" moment. But quite honestly, it is not a big deal. We *might* put a light touch of beige paint on the front side of those parts just to darken the white-ish tone a little, but it's not a priority. These are my first impressions and I'll report back in a few months as to how they are holding up. I'm pretty happy with them at first impression.

Customer service initiated contact before and after delivery to ensure accurate fit
Customer service was great regarding their desire that the size was as we requested. Our only issue is that it is described as beige but it does not match our existing beige blinds and the hardware is white (not described in the product description) whereas our existing blinds have beige hardware. Finally it is less light filtering than our existing blinds.

Lets breeze in — Keeps looky loos out!
Perfect shades, and attractive. I ordered 3 in different sizes, one is a room darkener, the other 2 are not. Breeze comes in through fabric without blowing shades to and fro; nice to leave windows open at night with shades closed. Room darkener does its job very well. Measure your area to 16th of an inch. Order closest size. Company will email you next day to ask for exact measurements. Shades arrive promptly. Company will contact you again to confirm satisfaction. Good customer service and price. I think there are better products out there, but I’m happy with my purchase for the price. For example, the room darkening shade I bought is very wide and very long, so it’s very heavy. I don’t roll it up very often, but when I do, it’s a bit of a hassle, and it takes 2 people. And, as you’re rolling up the shade, you need to hand-press the pointy parts to make sure it rolls up correctly. So, if you’re buying very wide, very long, very heavy shades, and you plan to roll them up very often, this is food for thought. Otherwise, I think you’ll be pleased, especially if you like your privacy and like the breeze coming in at the same time. The type of “breeze” I’m talking about is 10mph or less where I live. If you live at the ocean, I have no idea if these will hold up, but for the price, why not give it whirl. Keep your blistering afternoon sun out while you’re at it.

Phenomenal customer service!
The first set of accordion style blinds did not work very well. It took 20-30min to full raise the blinds. I attribute this mostly to the fact they were extraordinarily wide (76”) and thus the spring loaded tensioner did not have enough force to overcome the added weight. We contacted support to ask if there was anything that could be done and Cindy, the rep from ZY blinds was very helpful. We sent her video of the problem. She contacted us by email and then by text and suggested a couple fixes. She communicated with the factory in China and even had their technicians send a video with step by step instructions for a fix. Unfortunately, the fix was only partially successful and even that was temporary as it reverted to the original state and then got worse... We were pulling our hair out and ready to give up and just buy some regular Venetian blinds with the strings, but Cindy basically hounded us until we requested that a replacement be sent out. We were not confident that a replacement with the same design would work, so we requested a roller shade type and that did the trick! The result couldn’t have been better. Thank you Cindy, that was truly fantastic customer service.

Meh
I ordered 69" wide and got 68.5, which is just reduced enough that I see open edges when not looking at it straight on. They texted and emailed me after I ordered to make sure I really did mean 69" wide, and I confirmed, but they still appear to have edited my order anyway. It's not bad enough to justify sending it back and probably too late anyway as it took me a couple months to find time to install. But it's just annoying. That and the blinds are very delicate material, I'd be surprised if they last long in the hot sun here. I wouldn't do it again.

Good blind, poor instructions
This blind is nice. I got the white one... it is definitely not blackout, but it's a nice blind. Customer service was great as they called right away to verify the size. However, install directions are vague and not useful. I have no idea how to install this on the inside of our window, so we had to install it on the exterior. If we wanted to install this on the interior it seems like the only way would be to screw it into the glass of the window, based on the bracket system.... which obviously wouldnt work.
