Simple

Was looking for a simple, quiet, black tripod styled easel that would accommodate a 10”sq by 1.5” deep canvas to be displayed at the bar at a big wedding. My concern was if it would be toppled by a guest or staff, but it stood up well. The rubber feet really kept it in place. I had low expectations but this turned out to be a great purchase

Good enough, not great.

You get what you pay for. Decent enough for the price. Not very sturdy. Falls over quite easily. A little difficult to adjust the stands evenly. But, it was $7. Folds very compactly which I like.

Flimsy

This stand was totally unsuitable to hold the 16x20 photo I bought it for. It's clumsy, flimsy, and not very sturdy at all.

Too wide for a mantle

This is a little larger than I expected, and I think would be too wide for the mantle, but we put it on the hearth and it's working fine. It moves around a bit until the item is on it. We used it for a painting.

Flimsy and takes up table space.....had to cut an inch off the rear leg so it doesn't tip forward. Glued in the top bracket so the width stays the same.

Holds my 3 pound frame

Perfect and five stars but only because it's cheep with free shipping. The haters in the reviews were expecting too much for such a low price.

Ok for display only

These would be fine if you use them for display props only, otherwise they are not sturdy enough to use for painting as they constantly slide and the flip clips aren't even.
