Le support en film offre un revêtement uniforme du grain pour une finition supérieure. Le revêtement de stéarate anti-charge avancé réduit la charge pour une durée de vie plus longue. Les résines phénoliques résistantes aux hautes températures et à l'humidité donnent le lien le plus fort du grain au support. Le support de film adhère mieux aux résines que le papier pour conserver le grain pour une durée de vie extra longue, une excellente usure des bords et l'élimination du décorticage du grain. Great Pads for the Price
Nice pads for the price. Used the 1500 & 2k for removing some fairly deep scratches with a mist bottle of water and my orbital on low speed and light pressure. Then brought it all the way up, a step at a time to Carnauba wax for a perfect match. Tried the other grits on another project and found them to be quite good and lasted well. The grits are evenly distributed and uniform in size. The loops gave me no issue with water and created a nice slurry. Over all these are great pads, maybe not 3M for 3x price, but good enough for what I do and will purchase them again. A side note is this box came in the normal 2 day Prime but my wife was making another purchase and ask her to get a box of the 1k grits but they took almost 2 weeks to get here on Prime. Definitely worth the price on Prime!

These discs seem well made. The grit is actually transparent, and really stable. The paper can tear at the edges if wet sanding, but it hasn't been problematic. The hook & loop part works really well. I used these to take out scratches from stainless steel. They do soften up after 10 minutes or so on stainless steel, becoming less aggressive. As you sand, you just need to be aware that you will start polishing at a finer grit perhaps prematurely. Things will still be getting smoother, but bigger scratches get left behind. You may need to use two before continuing. Otherwise, the grit progression in the pack is pretty good for most applications. While I don't have exposure to a wide range of sanding discs, I get the impression that these are a serious product and they are certainly excellent value.

This product is only use to wet sand a vehicle, please don’t try to dry sand with this product!

As you sand, you just need to be aware when you step up to a finer grit; and also be aware that at some point they will continue to polish but not remove deeper scratches. While I don't have exposure to a wide range of sanding discs, I get the impression that these are a serious product and they are certainly excellent value.

Does its job with a DA. I never really believed all the ther reviews of this brand saying the grit wears down too quickly. Take it from me, its wears really quick and it clogs up easily if you do it by hand. 3m and Carborundum are a lot better but this still doesn't es it's job for a good price.

not effective on auto paint
Took forever to cut through failed 14 year old paint on my truck. Maybe orbital sander? nothing to compare with, novice here.
