It's comfortable and keeps the muscle warm (which is what these do - they hold on my compression but are not 'holding the muscle together', rather improving the circulation to accelerate healing). Perhaps slightly longer would be better. I had to return my first one as it was too large; the dimensions are overstated. More accuracy on the sizing would be helpful.

The one we received had inferior manufacturing issues.

I read reviews by folks who have trouble with thigh sleeves slipping or being too tight--I see these as fit issues and don't understand the complaints. We had a different problem. I bought this sleeve for my daughter, a rower. Size small, for her thin legs. Perfect fit--and after three days of using it, it started to fall apart at the seam, and then near the seam, and then at the seam again.... I couldn't keep head of it, sewing it up. Should have returned it when the first separation occurred. Am not sure if the problem was a defective sleeve that the manufacturer finished/sewed improperly, or just poorly made in general. Would not recommend for the serious athlete who would be wanting to use this on a daily basis while recovering from an injury.

Item stretches with use

I have a 20 year old Cramer thigh sleeve in size XL. I bought the new one in the same size to duplicate it. After 5 wearings and 1 washing the new sleeve has stretched and will not stay in place. I would not buy this again and it is not returnable.

It's a little too tight and slips some, but it keeps the thigh cramps in line.
