Cheap, Damaged in Shipment, But It Works

I bought these because they looked similar in style to an existing Murphy bed cabinet that I have in my office and I thought they were a good match. The box was pretty beat up when I received it, and when I inspected the contents, one of the side panels had a dented corner. I decided to just deal with that, since it wouldn't even be visible when in place. Tolerances for this are pretty loose. One of the two night stands leaned a little bit to the left and the drawers in both units are visibly off center to the right. The design could be a little sturdier. I hope none of my guests decide to set their suitcase on top. Weight limit for the top is only 15 pounds. The drawer will hold up to 10 pounds, and the bottom shelf will handle 20. The handles are not metal—they're plastic. Wood screws are provided to screw into them but they only go into the handle a few threads and it strips out extremely easily. I ended up going up to Home Depot and purchased some real handles that didn't have any issues. So, now I have two night stands to go with my Murphy bed. I'll put a couple of lamps on them, and guests can use them to put stuff by their bedside—mission accomplished. I don't have guests that often, so I anticipate that these will last a while. If you're looking for something for every day use like in your master bedroom, keep in mind how cheaply these are made, because I don't expect they'll be there for the long-haul.

Average nightstand

This nightstand is about what you pay for. Not super sturdy, but works. It’s not super difficult to put together. Definitely make sure you use coasters if you plan to put cups on it.

You get what you pay for...

These nightstands were purchased for a guest room so they're adequate but if they were to be used regularly, I don't think the drawers would last. They're delicate, not durable.

Might as well be ikea

Assembly was fairly easy. Little screws were much easier to put in with a drill. Was a tiny bit banged up but still nice looking. Average particle board, put it together yourself piece of furniture.

Good for the price

This was pretty easy to assemble (though I ran into trouble because I was trying to rush through it lol). The handle is plastic which I didn’t expect, but it still looks nice and could probably be swapped out. The quality matches the price, if it’s babied and taken care of it should stay in good shape :)
