Room for design improvement
This adapter bracket does it's job, just make sure you don't over tighten it or the plastic will crack. Only tighten just enough so it will hold the magnet in place on your rack. It doesn't actually support much of the pannier weight - just holds the magnet so the bottom of the pannier doesn't flap around. Only 3 stars because I think this could be designed a lot better.

Broke
I own two of these things. One came with the Pack N Pedal pannier, and one I bought extra from Amazon. The second one broke from over tightening. On my rack, the piece would slide around on the stay. Naturally, I tried tightening it a bit more, but I don't think I was wrenching THAT hard. I heard a pop and the plastic had cracked. Honestly, this design sucks. I wish the mount was a little more positive and secure. I'm pissed that THULE charges 10 bucks for a plastic piece of junk. I'll probably end up finding an alternative solution for mounting the magnet. If you're handy, I would suggest making your own bracket for you Non-THULE racks.

Broke - Worthless.
Broke. As other reviewers mentioned, this design sucks and the plastic will crack around the barrel nut with even the slightest amount of torque. It's almost guaranteed to fail. Avoid paying for these and fabricate something that will work for your non-Thule rack. I used a simple washer and nut and it worked perfectly. Costs about 79 cents at the hardware store and I can tighten it as much as I want.

Poor off-set design prevents secure attachment to rack without breaking plastic via over torquing. Broke mine installing. Drilled out round metal barrel and secured bolt washer and nut on back of bracket to use. I'll probably drill out the round barrel on other pannier and add a nut/washer so I can torque it down tighter.

Also ich kann diese Klammer wirklich nur empfehlen. Denn wenn man sie braucht und nicht hat, ist man schlecht dran.
