Love this but….

The wire seems just a bit off alignment. I think I’m going to have to get a new one because this will clearly wear/splinter the wood eventually or the wire will snap. I love this product however and probably just got a slightly defected one.

Too small

This cutting board is too small to accommodate a 2lb cheese block. If you’re slicing from smaller bricks, it would work ok-but the tillamook 2 lb block is too big, which is what I bought the cutting board to cut.
