Fit small
I wear a size 12 in women’s pants. Most of the 5.11 & tactical pants I buy are a 34x32. I’m 5’5” & 180 lbs. I went by the size chart when I ordered these, which was a medium. I could not even get them over my hips & I don’t have full hips/butt. I returned them & ordered the XL which is what Amazon suggested. The feel like good quality materials. Will update once I receive the news size.

Very nice
I ordered these for my girlfriend for ranch work and horse back riding in cold, wet weather. She loves them. They are totally waterproof and rugged enough for the type of work she does. She is 5' 3", with a 29 inch waist and the small was too small. She couldn't even pull them on, so we exchanged them for a medium which fit perfectly. She likes the Velcro cinch cuffs which help to keep out snow and mud and cold air from blowing up into the legs. She also likes the cord locks in the waist which help to get a better fit and keeps them from sliding down. I'll probably get a pair for myself for my work as a garbage man. They seem rugged enough and much less expensive than Gore-Tex.

High and Dry
I was waiting for one or more rain storms to try these out before reviewing them. While you can easily spend $400 dollars on a pair of rain pants, why would you when these are offered at this price. These work great and keep you dry in the rain whether you wear them over a uniform pant or cheat and wear them without the uniform pants for those humid rain storms. Their functionality is also great with the belt loops at the top for an under belt for your duty belt, regular belt or no belt at all and the zipper and Velcro strap at the bottom for putting them on over boots and tightening the strap to your liking. For their price I was not expecting so much quality but was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I can suggest to the company to add is a rear pocket flap for access to one’s wallet. When I wear these, I just keep my ID, debit card, money, etc. in a shirt pocket instead since there is no rear flaps for back pocket access. These met my needs almost perfectly and I am sure they will do the same for you.

Yes, but....
Be aware, the Southeast Asian sizes run smaller. My opinion is that you will want to order one size larger than your normal size. Very durable fabric. Maybe too warm for summer wear. I had purchased the Ozonic Mountain Hardware. Worth it, but not as bramble/thorn proof. I did however get two years of wear out of those. Cooler.

It was a good choice for me
Measurements are always a challenge when buying clothes online. I looked at all of the reviews and mfgr information and decided to go for the 3XL size. It was a good choice for me. I'm 6' 1" @ 250lbs, and wear a 42-inch waist for my shorts and trousers. The fit of these pants were exactly at my 42" girth. If I was a little larger, they would still fit due to an expandable waist, and the drawstring would allow for one or two inches smaller as well. The inseam, or distance from crotch seam to bottom of pants is 30". I have longer legs and shorter torso, and 30" was dead-on for me. There's enough room for a pair of jeans underneath comfortably. The pockets shown in this photo are not pockets, but access flaps (with zipper) to pockets of your underside clothing. I bought the jacket first, and then ordered the pants. They are of the same material and construction. I recommend these pants.

Typical stiff rain gear
Nothing new or different than the Army rain gear before. Very stiff and loud , fit is a little tight over clothing but again, typical. Good field pants for money.
