Love love this pan!
I have usually used a baking dish for meatloaf but since I have several other USA pans I thought I would try this one. My meatloaf turned out amazing! Cooked evenly, fats drained away and very easy to clean!! Can't wait to try making bread in it!

Never met a USA pan I didn’t like!
This was possibly the number 12 in USA pans in my cupboard. Love them all! Never put these pans in my dishwasher! Love them tenderly.

Works great
Love this pan for making meatloaf. The insert works great. Does a good job keeping the oil separated from the loaf with the insert. Cleans up very easily

Well worth the money!
This pan cleans very easily. It is sturdy and eliminates so much grease that would otherwise be soaked into the meat.

Great except for one little thing
I really love this pan, it is sturdy, well made, and just much nicer than the cheap ones you get at Wal Mart. My only issue with it is keeping the corners clean. Look at the pictures and the way the pan is made from folded metal it is impossible to get it clean in the corners. It might look clean but after each use I can rinse it out with hot water and let is sit. Within minutes grease starts running out of the corners. Let it run out, wash it again and let it sit. Sure enough more grease runs out of the corners.

Second 1 I bought
We had our first for about 7 years. We used it a lot. It cooks evenly and the removable tray makes retrieving the meatloaf a dream. Unfortunately, as with most other pans, they do show signs of wear after the years. But it definitely was a good investment. P.S. wash by hand, as you should all of your good bakeware

Excellent pan!
I have made two 3 lb meatloaves so far. They have both come out perfectly. I love the ease of separating the inner pan and leaving the grease and gunk behind. This is a very well crafted pan and I highly recommend it. It's no trouble to clean too! Bon appetit!

USA Pans 10 by 5-Inch Meat Loaf Pan with Insert
These are the best baking pans. This set is quite heavy, conducts heat really well, and oh so easy to clean. I love them! This one doubles as a 9 x 5 inch bread pan, and/or a meat loaf pan with an insert that lifts the meatloaf out of the pan.

Pan Panacea
What can I say more ? It’s a USA Pan and they are great. I also use it to bake large loafs of bread (without the insert) easy to clean and if you follow their instruction, it will literally last for your lifetime. Nothing really sticks to it, meatloaf, shepperd pie, bread and cakes. Sure they are a little bit pricey, but they are well worth it. Pie plate and bread pans are also a pleasure working with, this is heavy duty professional stuff. Did I mention I like them ?

Amazing pan for meatloaf!
I wish I had found this pan earlier! The first meatloaf I made in it came out perfect. I normally fight with the meatloaf to get it out of my pan but I just needed to lift the insert up and the meatloaf came out so easily then slide right on the cutting board. The fat/juices went under the insert so no greasy mess on my cutting board. Clean up was easy, nothing stuck to the pan or insert. The pan is a heavy sturdy metal. Would buy again for sure.
