Does what I need

This has enough power to do what I need and keeps my husband from using my house vacuum on sawdust! I with the power cord was longer. It seems pretty short if you want to use it in any place other than a small garage area. The tools are nice but would be great if they “snapped” into their storage pockets because the brush tool has gone missing transporting the vacuum once to another location. And the brush tool wasn’t even used…it just must have called off the little pocket. I would love to vacuum up stray leaves on my deck, but the nozzle width isn’t quite wide enough to accommodate more than a small oak leaf so if you want to use it for garden cleanup, you’re out of luck. Power is plenty strong for my needs and sucks old, cold ashes out of fireplaces like a charm.

Excellent vacuum for the garage and house.

Everything went fine with the assembly and overall operation. Negative: The utility nozzle does not come in with a brush or rubber (empty) making this item kind of useless as compare with the utility floor nozzle that has two inserts one for the brush and another for the rubber piece.

Lots of suction but quieter than average

Good utility vacuum that uses a wider diameter hose to reduce plugging when vacuuming wood chips. Wish the unit had a larger crevice tool or a nozzle adapter that had a 3/4 inch opening for getting into small spaces with out plugging. Crevice tool supplied has a very narrow slot opening that plugs up often when cleaning up around the wood lathe.

LB and Garden are wonderful!

This vacuum started out okay, until it started having a burning smell and no suction. I contacted the company Vacmaster, sent in the necessary paper work and photo . I still haven’t heard from them and haven’t received a replacement. I sent the paper work on 1/30/23 . I will not purchase from Vacmaster again. I needed a shop vac since we have been remodeling. I had to buy another shop vac. I am giving 5 stars to LB @ Garden for taking care of the issue quickly .

Great attempt, could have been better.

I love the form factor of this one. It has the makings of a great little vacuum but some bad design choices are probably going to keep it on the bench for me. The exhaust port is a grill and points toward the front of the machine. Hard to vacuum up dust when the machine is blowing it around.. Kind of a fatal flaw. The 4.5hp motor has decent suction given the size of the vacuum but I'd rather have seen the 5.5hp like on the beast vacuum. The filter is really large on this one and takes up quite a bit of real estate in the tank. They nailed the hose storage as usual and the hose itself is quality. A single blower port on the back of the machine with a muffler, bigger motor and smaller filter would have made this a contender to replace my 5gal beast. For the money though better off with the beast.

A great little vac

I bought this for its wet vacuum capabilities to use in the basement for the inevitable spring water in the basement scenario as i found the 12 gallon wet/dry vac too bulky for some areas. I had a chance to use it the day it arrived, unfortunately. It worked extremely well in combination with the vacmaster water pump (purchased separately) attached to it. Clean up of the water was simple, the 6 gallon vac was easy to move when full and the attached vacmaster pump (purchased separately) made draining the water a breeze. I would definitely purchase again based on this initial experience. One thing that i noticed right away is the way the top attaches to the bottom bucket. It takes a little to get it lined up correctly as there seems to be no indentation as in other vacs to quickly line up the two parts for attachment. A minor issue as i don't plan on taking it apart that often. Noise level is quite tolerable, and suction is totally adequate for cleaning up water. Only complaint that i have so far is that the dry filter arrived slightly crushed (as pictured) because of the accessories packed within the vacuum for shipping. Hopefully, that will not interfere with filter performance.
