Don’t waste your money

$470.00 suppose to be a commercial toaster , not as good as cheaper one we bought at store. Plus we had to pay an electrician to come in and change voltage to use it… takes longer then cheaper toaster and barely toast bread. And We have it turned to dark Total waste of money!

Excellent Toaster

Works great, well built for price. My only complaint is the dials should have lines instead of the color changing indicator so it can be set to the line for accurate toasting times especially for different types of breads. We have 3 and use them throughout every day. they are great for the cost. I came over from Toastmasters for 549 that only last a year if your lucky.

Me gusto debido a que fue exactamente lo que pedí pero . Me gustaría que fuera un poco más rápida a la hora de tostar . Ya que la siento un poco lenta debido a la demanda que tengo en el restaurante.

Saw this unit years ago and felt the quality! Promised myself that one day I'd own it and now I do. Quality everything in feel and toasting results. Great with lots of guests coming since it cranks out the production of toast Be forewarned, the first time you toast, give it 4 minutes with no bread inside since some of the electrical prep coatings burn off. I like the industrial look of this but the wifey doesn't like the weight of it....she'll get there.. It's the toaster equivalent of an armored car.

Left-Most Slot Hardly Toasts -- Two Toasters!! Design Flaw!

The following was true of two of these toasters, identically. The two left slots toast much less than the two right ones, even when the duration of toasting is the same. In addition, the left-most slot toasts far less than the adjacent, left slot. So, if you use the two left slots, no matter how long you toast, the two will be very unequally toasted. Since the very same error is true of two of these toasters, it appears this represents either a design flaw or a manufacturing flaw, likely applicable to all toasters of this model! Do NOT buy this toaster!!

Works great until it doesn't

I bought this toaster 5 months ago. The heating elements are already going out. You would think a commercial grade toaster would last longer than 5 months, so I did not bother purchasing a protection plan. This item works very well until it doesn't. We have purchased three. The first one worked great for over a year. The last two (only one purchased on Amazon) have had some sort of problem within the first 5-7 months.
