I have an early, '69 CJ5. When ordering parts they are easy to mix up with parts for '72-'83 parts. The newer model parts are completely different from the early parts and do not interchange. This set had several correct gaskets, but also had O rings that dont work with the early hub.

Wrong gaskets for my Jeep

I ordered this kit twice and both kits failed to have the gaskets to fit my locking hub application. If you have the Premium Hubs, expect this kit to have the wrong gaskets…

Perfect Hub Service Kit

This kit was the perfect kit to service the hubs on my 66 CJ5.

THIS DOES NOT FIT OEM 70's WARN PREMIUM HUBS!

I ordered these kits because they were listed as compatible with my old truck. The key thing is, they are compatible with the Warn REPLACEMENT/UPGRADE Premium hub sets, not with the OEM premium hubs. I contacted Warn and unfortunately they do not make a service kit for the OEM premium hubs on the older trucks.

Worked great to rebuild my 76 CJ7 hubs. Nice to have new Allen bolts and snap rings too. I plan on buying a second one to keep in my rig for trial fixes
