Worth the price

My Molly mule Fiona somehow hurt her eye severely and the treatment involves multiple medications via a catheter to her eye. The delivery requires a tube woven into her mane with a port at the end. I have-to keep her from rubbing it out or catching it on something and I also have to keep it close to her body to prevent freezing. This slinky has a heavy duty zipper, is made of durable fabric that withstands a hardy roll in the pasture. I like how the zipper goes from chest to chin and the Velcro closures are seriously strong. The belly band is wide and strong. You don’t have to pull it over her head. Didn’t appreciate how nice this slinky was until Fiona caught it on the gate on the way to the pasture and tore it. No fault of the item, stuff happens with horses. I purchased another slinky, a different brand, about the same price, and it was so inferior. A worthless zipper that broke in 2 days, the fabric was picked in days. I repaired this slinky, and because of the quality fabric it was a solid repair and this will last for the long haul. Because saving Fiona’s eye is going to take at least another two weeks, I’m ordering a second one to be able to wash this one and swap them out. If you want a product of quality, this is the go to.
