Cette lanterne rustique de 11,5 pouces de hauteur est un ajout polyvalent à tout espace extérieur. Rustic-Looking Lantern for Small/Enclosed Areas

I selected this lantern to add a splash of light to my back yard in the evenings. I liked the look of it and I had some ideas of how it would look. It is a nice looking lantern and it works as advertised, but it isn't well suited for more open areas, being better utilized in smaller or enclosed areas. This lantern has an old-fashioned look to it and is a good match for farm houses, porches and other places where a rustic touch is desired. My thought was to put it in the yard on a hook where it could cast a little light around the back yard without creating so much light that it is annoying. It doesn't look out of place in the yard at all. The lantern runs on 3 C-cell batteries so it does not require special wiring or anything, and a photo cell allows it to automatically turn on and off with the light level. It has three brightness settings. In the yard it does work exactly as it should, but even on the brightest setting it does not illuminate a patch of ground as I had hoped. It is bright enough to see and to navigate some, but it does throw enough light to cast shadows through the whole back yard. I wish it was a little brighter. This is a nice little lantern and I like it. It has a pretty rustic look to it an it is battery-powered so it can be moved around without messing with lighting. My only complaint is that I wish it were brighter.

A Cute Decorate Light!

This light is just darling! It is not a light to light up the yard, it is a light for decoration or ambiance. Using 3 C batteries, it hangs from anywhere you choose. It is weatherproof and well-made. It has a LED-type bulb included, so you don't need to replace it as often. It lights up just enough to make a little corner of your yard very cozy. I rate this light as a BUY IT item!!

Just a simple lantern with timer

It's a battery-operated outdoor lantern that has a timer function. The design is simple that would be easily accepted by most people. The metal parts were welded together well. Batteries are not included. I found that the hook is a little bit too short (or not bent enough) that I dropped it while trying to hang it. It was an easy fix, though. It would've been perfect if it have had multiple power sources (battery, charged, solar).

Sturdy, Easy to Use Outdoor Light

This lantern is ideal with its somewhat rustic industrial look. It’s a nice weight, though not heavy and easily hangs on a shepherd's hook. It does require 3 “c” batteries and has 3 settings (low, medium and high) and a timer. You need to simply open the top to get to the switches & battery holder. Note the switches are really tiny so you might not notice at 1st (I didn't LOL). It throws enough light (it is not a spotlight) – I got this to hang in the yard near a set of stone stairs, so there is just the right amount of light to highlight where the stairs begin. It looks great. If I had to change one thing, it would be to make this rechargeable with a USB option. Am pleased with this and would definitely recommend.

Nice Old World Style

We are going to hang this from a post near our wheelchair ramp [Once we get the post up] This light doesn't provide a whole lotta light, but enough to see the ramp entrance and enough to get up to the porch light so serves its eventual purpose. The price is good we just wish they had included C batteries we set the timer for 4 hrs after dusk we hope the batteries last awhile we shall see. We used Duracell Pro Cell so we think they should be good since they work well with our chiming clocks. Overall we think this is a good light just don't expect a flood light.

Nice for ambience

The light is nice looking and easy to use, just install batteries and hang. It is more for ambiance as bulb is small and light is dim. Not the solution if you are looking to illuminate a room or large area. Good as an outdoor nightlight.

Well Made. Wish it Had a Basic On/Off Option.

This is perfect for hanging near my outdoor couch so I can read outside after dark on warm, summer nights. It's a nice, solid metal light that is powered by C batteries so you can use it anywhere. It has a timer, but no on/off switch, so if you want to turn it on at some time other than dawn/dusk, you have to unscrew the top to mess with the switch. I wish it had a basic, easy to access on/off switch so I can just turn it on when I need it. Other than that, I have no complaints. It seems well made and I appreciate the different options for brightness!

Adorable decorative lantern.

This is a really adorable addition to my outside patio area. It lit right up and has had no issues staying lit. It’s not the brightest thing ever but mostly I got it just as a decorative aspect of my yard so it works for me. I wouldn’t try to count on it for any actual light, it’s not super bright. Overall I’m really pleased with this and love the look
