Super Easy to Install!

This, by far, is the easiest slipcover that I have ever used on our beloved leather loveseat. She has seen better days and may not look very pretty anymore, but she’s one of the most comfortable couches in the house. She still has plenty of life left, and I don’t have the heart to get rid of her yet. I will first talk about the couch cover that this Zenna cover is replacing. I had been using a different popular brand-name cover to protect and give our couch a fresh new look. It took me at least 30 minutes to put that cover on and enough effort that I would work up a good sweat. Along with tying the four corners of the brand-name cover, in order to snug it to the couch, I would then have to pull out my large wooden rice paddle to tuck the excess material between the cushions and use rolled up magazines to tuck in between the cushions to keep the slipcover in place (manufacturer’s suggestion, which never seemed to work). This process had to be done over and over again, more often than I liked… too much work for a couch cover! With the Zenna slipcover, it’s so simple and easy that it takes me no more than 10 minutes to put on. I use my hands to tuck in the excess material between and underneath the cushions, meaning there is no need to pull out the wooden rice paddle or rolled up magazines. The 1-piece construction, stretch fabric, and the elastic band makes it a breeze to install and holds the slipcover in place. Even with the ease of putting on this eco-friendly, 47% post-consumer recycled cotton slipcover (an automatic five-star rating in my book), I feel there are only a couple drawbacks: it’s pricey and how easy the material snags. My cats come in at night, who all love to sleep on the arms and back cushions of the couch. When they jump up onto the couch, their claws get stuck and snags the material causing holes. Wish the material wouldn’t snag so easily, but if you don’t have pets in the house who love to hang out and sleep on the couch, it would be a non-issue!

Darker than in picture but looks great and easy to install

I'm always hesitant about couch covers because I don't want them to make my lovely couch look bad. But now with two kids, our crème colored couch won't last and we definitely need to cover it. I initially thought that the dark heather was much lighter based on the photos, but it's a little darker. Didn't think it would work but it actually looks really good. I will need to swap out our rug since that has dark colors too. But the quality of this cover is pretty nice. It doesn't have any patterns or a specific texture, so keep that in mind if it matters to you. So so easy to install. It even comes with little signs that say "arm", "center", etc, which were very helpful. Cleaning these is also a breeze since you can throw them in the washer and dryer. Glad we have these, they already picked up a few dirty fingers!

Functional but Not Quite as Expected

I have a nice loveseat but also have four cats. As such I covered this loveseat with a quilt to prevent them from scratching it or just leaving loose fur about it. I ordered the Zenna Home Loveseat Cover as a more elegant solution. To this end, it does that well. After applying this cover it looks more like the original loveseat and much less like furniture with a blanket on it. Where this item slightly falls short is that it doesn't seem to look as nice and was not quite as easy to install as the product descriptions or instructional video portray. It does look nice, just not as nice as the portrayals in the promotional materials. Mine looks a bit stretched and not as smooth and seamless as the product photos. In all fairness, this product has to match a range of furniture sizes, so it may not be possible to get them all perfectly. Installation wasn't difficult, although it was a tad cumbersome. I found myself really having to stretch the two cover pieces, sometimes it sounded like the material would tear, but fortunately it didn't. I also had to really smooth down excess fabric. Initially it looked bunched up but after touching up here and there and after use it set much nicer for a greatly improved appearance. A side, and completely unexpected benefit - my cats seem to absolutely love this cover. Whereas previously they might sit on the loveseat here and there, now they seem to be on it all the time. This may or may not be perceived as a benefit :) Overall this is a quality cover that doesn't quite match expectations. It functions well as a cover, but likely won't transform your furniture as shown in the marketing collateral.

Soft to the touch, holds on well, changes look of couch

This loveseat cover is a very soft Jersey material. It is well made and attractive making the room look neater. I would go with a darker color next time though because this lighter grey seems a bit too casual for the room I’m using it in. I am using it to cover an older but comfortable hand me down seat in a living room. As for installation, there are cardboard paper tags indicating back, front, and sides. They need to be removed before washing so knowing which way to put on the couch was tricky and took some trial and error. I wish there were sewn in tags. One big advantage of this cover is the elastic around the whole cover that keeps it in place and off the floor avoiding tripping from hanging fabric. The clinging fabric does show bumps. The value is really there because I am not spending money on a new piece of furniture when the only thing wrong is the dated look. Definitely recommend, just consider the color and use.

Good Quality Sofa Cover

This is a good quality sofa cover. The material stretches well and feels soft. I really like the fact that it is made in part from recycled materials.

Color not what I expected

The cover I received says dark blue but really looks more like gray. The fabric is nice, stretches nicely, so very easy to put on the couch. Good fit. Looks good just wished it looked a little more of a blue shade.
