I've been using 3M Glass Cleaner at two banks for over 3 months on 6 bathroom mirrors (water splashes) that I clean 6 times per week and the interior glass of the entryways (hand smudges) a couple of times per week. I have not seen a protective seal build up on the surfaces. I got identical results with Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) and now with Liquid Squeegee. I wonder if dwell time is required? The manufacturer does not have specific instructions other than spray & wipe. If dwell time is required I don't have time to stand around and wait for a product to dwell. I bought a 12 pack of 1 qt. bottles for >$40, so they cost $3.43 each. It is more cost effective to use my other soaps, Liquid Squeegee requires only a capful per gallon. A positive is that the product has excellent glide and does not leave a sheen of any sort and the 1 qt. spray bottles work nicely. I'm not going to reorder after this pack gets used up. Edit: Increased to a 4 star because I like the no sheen feature.

I have been using this product in commercial building for about three weeks now so I believe the protection should be built up by now, it is easier to clean glass with little effort which is helpful but the glass still shows many finger/hand prints regularly and I clean glass 2-3 times during my shift. I guess I was expecting more from this product.

Love this glass cleaner

Love this glass cleaner! No harsh ammonia so you don't have to worry so much about where you use it. It doesn't streak at all, and actually does seem to resist fingerprints and smudges. Not exactly a miracle product, but definitely a step above normal glass cleaner.

Multiple Uses

A family member has a cleaning business and this product was highly recommended. I have been using for a while now. I use on mirrors, windows, stainless steel appliances, tile floors and even take the (slightly) damp towel and clean my cell phone! No fingerprints! No streaking! Now that it's getting warmer, I will definitely be using on my car windows and mirrors!
