Overall great value cleaner

The downside to this cleaner is that it isn’t a large basket cleaner and it is a pain to empty out the debris. You have to remove the filters turn it upside down and spray with a hose from underneath as well as spraying off the filters. The other downside is the cord does get twisted regardless of what the product information states. The upside is everything else. It’s powerful and does a great job on all pool surfaces including walls and stairs. It’s a lot of pool cleaner for the money!

Seems good out of box but...

I opened the box, noticed a pungent smell. Luckily i did not find any dead rodents. I also noticed the rubber rollers, where I am pointing was wet upon opening. Regardless, I set it up and put it in the pool. It did start up and cleaned the pool well. I will have to get used to the remote control someday. After a month of usage, I will add to the review.

powerful machine with limited capacity to hold debris

This cleaner does excellent job for remove fine debris while sweeping the floor/walls and waterline. Plenty of power and cover the pool area very well. Here is the issues: --when I pulling it out from the water, a large amount of debris came out every time. Upon inspection, the majority of debris are collected at the bottom of the machine (outside of filter system) and some on the surface of filter bag. The filter cage hold no debris. I believe this is a design issue, a powerful machine with very limited capacity to contain the debris. --the machine is heavy than my old aquabot Xtrem --the cable are soft and twist easily --stuck over the main drain

Stuck on stairs

Great if you have a rectangular pool, with a free form pool it gets stuck on the turns and corners.

Absolutely love it. Makes life much easier.

We use this cleaner for our in ground vinyl liner pool. It does a great job. All our corners are 90 degrees so it doesn’t always climb up the wall but we haven’t tried the foam blocks yet. It does climb the Slope with ease. We live in a dirt area so we have to clean it often but it gets even the finest silt and any lizards that happen to get in also.

Arrived broken. Waiting for a response from Aiper.

I was excited for this purchase since I have been researching vacuums for a while amd this seemed to have good reviews and features. Unfortunately the product arrived with broken part for wheel. Both wheels are completely out of the grooves, leaving the vacuum inoperable. Waiting on a response from Aiper to see if they will replace it before I return the purchase and go with another brand. Will update... Update: Added a star. The box was damaged in shipping, therefore the seller (Aiper) deferred to Amazon to resolve the issue. Amazon is sending a replacement via their warehouse, and the broken vacuum is being returned to Aiper.

Amazing vacuum! You HAVE to get one!

This robot is a life saver. I can spray off the filters and rinse the interior is less than 10 minutes so it's ready to go back in the pool for another 3 hours of vacuuming. I'm still amazed that it actually climbs the walls while scrubbing the tile. I do not regret this purchase at all.

Very difficult to clean!

I thought this would be an upgrade from our current vacuum... and I think it does pick up a bit more, but it's so hard to clean!! Leaves me wondering if anyone who designed this has ever used another pool vacuum before? How did they not think to include a basket you can empty?! Even though my older vacuum was a bit less efficient, I'd rather just run it 5 or 6 times then run this one once. In order to clean the vacuum you have to dump out all the contents onto your lawn, get the hose out, rinse it out with a hose, and then after all the sand and everything else dries up I've had to use the shop vac to get that off my lawn. Having to carry the heavy vacuum all the way over to the lawn and tip it over a few times while rinsing, then still clean up after it, isn't worth is. I'll be returning it for a model that has a basket I can empty instead. If it had a basket I would 100% keep this model. It's just too difficult to clean. Also, when picking this up out of the pool any dirty water inside the vacuum leaks out of it, spilling half the dirt it just picked up back out into the pool.
