I am Hooked & Looped on these diapers.

I'm hoping to bring a family member into the fold of cloth diapers. In wanting to make sure i get them a good starter set I felt i shouldn't gift anything unless I know it works. I've avoided prefolds for convenience reasons but always thought velcro diapers were easy and uncomplicated. I can finally justify buying more cloth diapers for our son in the name of research and product testing. This cover is great, and the prefold, having only been prewashed 1x, it was amazingly absorbent. The stretch/fit of the waist is great. It has a little elastic in the front waist that helps keep that underbelly gap closed. The pocket at the front that helps hold the liner in place was great. I've used covers where everything was dry except the piece that is in direct contact with his belly. I used the cover ALL day with different types of inserts. No leaks!. It passed the hardest test of all. I put my wild 21lb wiggler in his walker, zero compression leaks! I'm in love with these diapers and amazed by the absorbency of their prefold! Similar preloved diapers that have used include Buttons, Happy Heinys, G diapers, Flipz and those $6 no name covers. I am 100% Hooked & Looped on Bambino Mio. Did i mention that he wore that cover all day? No leaks no odors! Hooked & Looped!

Good quality, but huge prefold

The print, stitching and design all seem to be good quality. Much better than Thirsties. The leg holes are larger than other diaper covers. Not sure if that's good or bad. The prefold that it comes with is too big to be laid tri-folding. At least in the size 1 <21lbs. It hasn't shrunk yet, but it looks like even post washing it will still be very big, but I'm sure useful for something and the diaper itself looks great in person.

soft nappy and quality nappy cover mterial

I'm new to the world of reusable nappies and not sure what size will fit my LO as I'm still due, but I like how soft the nappy cover is. Looks like it will fit well and is well made with neat stitchings. actual nappy is also a big cotton cloth which goes inside the nappy and can be washed once soiled. got this for trial on discount , I intend to use my own cloth inserts to go with the cover. very cute design and print. overall happy with it

Decent wrap but prefolds aren't worth it

I don't get on with these. The actual nappy is so thick and bulky and stiff and the worst part is they stinkkkk like vinegar (!?) with anything in them, wee or poo. No smells after pre washes, or after regular washes. The absorbance is OK but not worth the thickness of the nappy. Safe to say we didn't carry on using them. The wrap is okay and why I gave it more than stars, it's not the best but it keeps everything in and is pretty. We used it for night nappy cover sometimes.

Good Covers, Ok Prefolds

So far so good, very bulky diapers for relatively not that great absorbency. I love the covers/wraps but I would choose different inserts/prefolds.

Ho aspettato a lasciare questa recensione per poter testare il pannolino al mio bambino. Diciamo che promuovo entrambi i pezzi,mutandina e prefold ma non utilizzati insieme. Essendo una taglia piccola x un neonato, la parte assorbente è decisamente troppo grande e ingombrante.effetto culone assicurato. Sicuramente tornerà utile quando il bambino sarà più grande e la vestirà meglio, data anche l'elevata assorbenza della stessa. La mutandina cover ha una fantasia bellissima con dei colori allegri e brillanti,veste bene,ha un'ottima tenuta e non lascia segni di elastici in vita e sulle cosce. A 6 kg la stiamo ancora usando anche se presumo ancora non per molto. Dovessi riacquistare questo prodotto lo farei se avessi intenzione di usare la parte assorbente più avanti nella crescita,altrimenti punterei all'acquisto della sola mutandina per utilizzarla con altri tipi di inserti. Ho.comunque trovato un utilizzo del prefold come base per il cambio sul fasciatoio al posto dell'ascuigamano,rimane più morbido,ma solo finché il bambino é piccolo
