Pricey but excellent!
Excellent pan for eggs. I use a little butter and find whether I fry them sunny side up, scramble, or make an omelette they release super easily and the pan is practically clean except for the small amount of butter. Super easy to clean. The handle is welded to the outside of the pan, so it's a clean surface inside the pan. I have now been using this pan for two months. I treat it gently and do not use metal tools even though instructions say I could use them. It still looks brand new. However, the handle is long and a little heavy, so it loses one star both for it being a little harder to balance than I would like and also for its relatively hefty price tag. That being said, I heartily endorse it and would buy another. Given the price tag, use it gently and it seems to last and last!

Use it correctly and it works
Pre-heat this pan and it doesn't disappoint. Fantastic on induction stoves. This unit needs about half the heat you would normally use so don't overheat it. It conducts heat very efficiently. Cleaning is easier than any pan I have ever owned. It is really good for browning steaks and cooking food evenly. If you preheat and use it correctly it is very nonstick even with eggs. I want more like this but larger.

The 8” fry pan I ordered looks fabulous. Problem: the pan isn’t balanced. The handle is heavier than the pan itself, and tilts on a flat surface. It will require a considerable amount of weight to keep it flat = nothing I cook in it will cook evenly. *sigh* Will have to return it.

I love this pan so much I'm going to buy more. It cooks very well and is very easy to clean. Also it's dishwasher safe.

Great quality!
I got a 12 inch pan last year and loved it so much I bought the 11 inch one recently. These pans wash up beautifully and my favorite thing is the handle doesn’t get hot on my gas stove like other pans do. These are expensive but worth it. It’s nice to have it stainless, with safe nonstick under the fine grating design. I don’t like older Teflon that can flake in your food. This is a nice heavy bottomed pan that doesn’t warp. I love it and tossed all my old ones!

Imposible to cook an omelette os crepes using this frying pan
The frying pan pas bottom is not leveled, is convex which results in uneven cooking. The middle of the pan always has a higher temperature and burns the food while the sides take a lot longer to warm up. I tried cooking omelette and crepes as well as other dishes that do not involve continuous stirring, which turned out disastrous.
