Zero help from Blue Ox

I bought this 5 weeks ago. On our current trip it stopped working after 2 weeks of use. After using this without any problems, on the 4th time connecting the Patriot it connected perfectly, like every time before, but 50 yards out of the parking I got an error message to the wireless controller in the cab of the motorhome that the brake system needed to be repositioned and restarted. After several attempts all I got was a red light after the setup process and the brake was inoperable. A call to BlueOx customer support only resulted in them telling me that I needed to send it in for service. After 5 weeks....? A lot of good that does. I now have another week left on my trip and no brake system available for my towed vehicle.
