Great once you learn how it works
Bought to charge my bike lights in a drawer. First you must know that to run both ports you need to push the power button twice. Second you must know that the device turns off after a short period of no power draw. I'm used to my bike lights indicating when they are done charging with a solid green LED, but since the Bosch adapter turns off after the charge completes, you get no such indication. This is great, since it prevents the Bosch battery from being drained unnecessarily, but requires that you trust the charge was completed.

Does charge 2 devices
Handy, good for a backup incase of a power outage. You can charge 2 devices, you need to play with it a bit. It seems after you connect the 2nd device you need to push the power button again.

Use to charge tablet and phone on site
Works great quality Bosch product. Needed a way to charge my iPad on job sites and this fits all of my 18v Bosch batteries for my tools. Now I can charge both phone and iPad with one 18v 4Ah battery.

This is a must have here in fire country. Bosch guys buy two.
Since having to rebuild after the Camp fire I decided to replace all of my power tools with Bosch as they are the best line of tools out there for the price range. As a result I have six batteries and thought this might be handy for the bug out bag. Well, here we are yet again in the crosshairs of an enormous fire and our power has been shut off as a precaution, so out come the bug out bags. I bought a pair of splitters (invest in decent ones) and now can run several led strings at once, as long as what your running doesn't have moving parts a single battery can run around 24 hours. Add in fans during the day and cut that to around 8 hours. If you're running a generator, a battery will charge in just under 2 hours. A few reviews talk about it not being able to run both usb's at once, you just have to double tap the button, if you're charging another battery or a phone its shuts itself off when charged. If you're a bosch guy, buy two. Pray for us in the north!

Not sure the issue but it will shut off after 30 minutes. Before item fully charges.

Best invention ever for the idiot that never remembers to charge their phone!
Tired of those boring old battery packs that last half a charge & you never have when you need them anyways?? THIS IS THE ANSWER. I always have my drill battery in my truck & this little number takes me from 3% to 100% super quick! AND it doesn’t drain the drill battery! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Not as advertised
Only one USB port is functional. Works ok for me since I only want to use it to cycle my batteries while charging my phone. I still think a product should work as advertised. Don't buy that if you need 2 usb ports. Correction : you can actually use the 2 ports. You have to press ON every time you plug something in it. If you have something plugged in the first port and it's on and you plug something else in the second port, the second port is not yet activated. You have to press ON again to make it work. I changed my rating to 3 stars since this little particularity is not disclosed anywhere I looked.

Puedes cargar un equipo a la vez, no dos.
Me gusta poder usar mis baterías de mis herramientas Bosch como Power banks, pero sinceramente conectar dos equipos a la vez hace que la carga sea muy lenta. Pero en general es un buen producto y tiene un puerto de 12 voltios que me sirve para encender unas lámparas infrarrojas y cargar una bocina a baterías que tenemos en la obra. (Pero está hecho para sus chamarras térmicas) Es cuestión de pensarlo que otros usos puedes darle.

This thing is not dual USB capable
It has two ports and it charges two ports if your devices are from Stone Age and draw only like 1 amp to charge. Anything else and it cuts the other port. So for today devices it only charges through one port. Total scam showing a tablet and a phone charging at same time. I have a ridgid USB one and and charges way faster than this guy. It has one port but one good one, not two crappy ones and it was like 18$ vs 39$ for this one.

Another reviewer said that the tool could not charge two devices. I had the same issue and contacted Bosch. This is the reply from Bosch Customer Support: "I coordinated with our technical support team and they tested our GAA18V-24 Power adaptor. They found out that it only one USB port works at a time and concluded that it cannot charge two devices at the same time. We believe our product managers intended the design to be dual charging as it advertise. I apologize for this misinformation for the tool and we appreciate your help to bringing this to our attention. We are working together with our product manager and engineering about the issue of the tool." I like the concept and build of the tool and I am waiting on a reply to determine whether to return through Amazon or wait on making an exchange with Bosch for a fully functioning tool.

Durable and Efficient
I use this little guy to discharge my 18v batteries before they go into storage to preserve as much life in the lithium cells as possible. The 12v plug in the middle has also proved to be pretty handy as I have a surplus of small electronics that will accept 12v 1 - 2 amp, such as a small radio tv that I picked up on ebay for emergency use.
