Great Recipe Book with dividers and recipe cards!

I got my recipe book as a gift. I like the full page size so I can save recipes I tear out of magazines and recipes I print from online.

Great product, but damaged

The product itself is phenomenal. I think this would make an amazing wedding gift and will become an heirloom in my family. My only kerfuffle is that mine was damaged on the bottom left corner.

Beautiful!

I'm creating a family recipe book for when son gets married. So I loved the plastic sleeves for not only small cards or notes but the full sized sleeves. The style and classic look was lovely as well. Would have preferred more tabs but this will work and hopefully last for many years.

Just what I was looking for

This binder cook book is just what I was looking for! I wanted a cook book that I could add the recipes my mom and grandma wrote for me on note cards, magazine pages, and write out my own recipes and this was perfect. There are pages for small recipe cards and full pages, it has cooking conversions and other helpful notes, and it seems to be good quality and the black looks just as pictured. The only things I would change would be I wish there was a tab to open all the binder rings at once rather pulling a single prong apart to open it (only because in the past binders I’ve had like this don’t last as long) and I also would like there to be a way to add your own categories for the dividers because I have a lot of breakfast recipes I would like to add but there’s no label for that. Other than that I love this!

Color wasn't what I expected, but still loved it!

My husband is a huge cook. I wanted to surprise him for Christmas with something like this, so he can organize his recipes. There were a lot of options out there, but very few that I felt were more "gender neutral". I also felt like there were very few that were "cool" & modern. I saw they had an Amazon Warehouse Deal for a "used" one, so since it was less expensive I figured I'd give it a shot. But when I received I was blown away. Definitely worth the money full price. I was also blown away my the organization inside. I do feel like a big reason why I was iffy, is because other sellers/books had slightly better photos. (Keep in mind the sellers photos could always change) I didn't even realize there was a chart on the inside on both ends. I didn't realize there were dividers that separate the Apps, Desserts, Soups, Main Dishes...etc. It's honestly way better in person. I was really blown away when I opened it. COLOR WARNING: Black would have been my first choice, but as mentioned I bought "used" (still was in wrapping! There is no way it was used) for a lower price, so that's why I picked the color GREEN. I say GREEN in caps, because it's not the yellow color like I thought it was. I was under the impression it was more of a yellowish binder with a hint of light green (all computers are different), but its actually more like a faded lime green. I added photos for you to view. Even though green wasn't my first choice & I'm a "black, tan or grey" type of girl, I actually still really loved it! Definitely looks way better in person. I have no regrets! Highly recommend!

Elegant & Beyond Expectations

If you are looking for a beautiful recipe keeper, this is definitely the one for you! I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty, quality, and contents of this 3-ring recipe binder. The picture definitely doesn't do it justice. It has an elegant, red, leather cover The shade of red is beautiful and not dark like I imagined. What I didn't realize is that the small, 2-1/2 inch square cutout on the front cover is recessed and has the word "Recipes" imprinted on one side of the inset. Securely attached inside the small niche are 3 mini-utensils (ladle, slotted spoon, & spatula - all 3 dimensional) on a small hanging rack. The style is quite classy and would make a memorable special gift or kitchen keepsake. Included are several plastic, protective pages that hold a total of four 7x5 inch recipes cards (There are places for 2 cards on the front & 2 cards on the back). In addition, there are several plastic pages that hold full-page recipes; one recipe can be inserted on the front of the plastic page and one on the back. I was also very pleased by the dividers included. Mainly because the preprinted labels coincide with how I like to categorize my own recipes. The labels on these dividers are: Appetizers, Soups & Sandwiches, Breads, Main Dishes, Seafood, Pastas, Side dishes, Desserts, Brunches, Holidays, Favorites, & Beverages. There is also an 11-1/4 x 9-1/4 inch sturdy envelope that closes with a string where you can keep clippings or other loose items. Overall, this is an exceptional recipe notebook and I am thrilled with my purchase!

Would like a few changes but highly recommend.

I have finally replaced my original recipe box from 30 years ago. It took me a while to find the right fit for me. This was a great option. What I love: I love the size of the recipe cards that it will fit up to a 5x7 card. 4x6 are often too small. The quality of the binder itself I am highly satisfied. I love the thickness of the recipe protector sheets. This is very important to me as it gets a lot of use. What I would like to change: I would like another color binder to choose from because I will need to get another one, as I have a lot of recipes over the 30 years, and want to organize my categories between the two 2 binders. It would be easier to grab the right one if they weren’t both red. I would like to be able to name my own category. Like Miscellaneous, Asian, Keto or weight watchers. It would be even better if you could custom order extra categories to match the divider provided so it keeps the look uniform. I love uniformity. I will continue to look for another one in a different color but not sure I will find it. Will probably end up with another red one. All this said, I am highly satisfied and recommend this product.

Excellent quality recipe binder

I have 3 of these recipe binders and very happy with the quality. Love the red color, great durable material, love the categories, and extra inserts. Everything about this binder is top notch. One thing I did was apply reinforcements on the ring holes of the divider pages to prevent wear and tear. Highly recommend to do this! I’d recommend this binder to anyone, very pleased!

Good looking and functional recipe binder

Product is better than I expected. Great quality with a good amount of inserts to get you started. I was looking for a binder to store my Hello Fresh recipes, which come as 8.5 x 11 printouts and this was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Holds lots of stuff

Very nice products, I love it. Love the fact that I can include cards as well without rewriting them all. Holds quite a lot of recepes actually, I was surprised.

Good leather binder - this is my third one that I have purchased

I have purchased three of these binders and they are sturdy and wear well. My first binder I purchased over (3) years ago and it still looks pretty new and it contains my go to recipes. The rings in the binder are also sturdy and have never opened up unexpectedly. The binder comes with a good amount of sheet protectors but the binder may hold many more recipes than the sheet protectors provided, so you may have to purchase additional sheet protectors. Please note this binder holds a recipe printed on a 8 1/2 x11. It also provides sheet protectors for recipe cards if you like to write down a recipe by hand. All in all, this is the top of my recipe binders - quite pleased with purchase.

A perfect recipe book.

I purchased this recipe book from the Amazon Warehouse, in 'used acceptable' condition to receive it in perfect condition. I love this book - I had a great full day of fun filling my book with all my recipes. At first I just had a little notebook with some recipes inside, then when I saw this book at 13.19 I jumped at the chance to give it a try. First, it comes with a very nice simple cover. Thus the interior with some indications. For example, food freezing time, freshness tips, quantities, abbreviations, temperature times, cooking terms, substitutions, volumes... It also comes with some transparent pages so you can put recipes inside laminated. There is also a cover page where you can put some stuff inside. What bothers me is the initial price. I think it's a bit expensive, but maybe it's just me who thinks it's expensive? At the same time, as a gift idea, it's pretty perfect too. I loved personalizing it. But I don't think I would have paid full price for this book - that's my opinion. However, if you are a cook at heart, and you constantly take out your recipe book, or always cook with your book, I recommend this one to you 100% :)
