Just What I Wanted

This chandelier was purchased to replace an old brass swag lamp hanging in my condo master bathroom sink nook. The decor was perfect for what I was trying to accomplish. I downgraded the recommended 60 watt bulbs (too bright!) for 40 watt and that produced the ideal "put on make-up" glow. Handy husband did the install using well written instructions. The Easy To Assemble 4-star rating was only due to the fact that -- because we had lots of slack -- tucking the extra wires into the casing was challenging. I love the way it looks and gives my renovated bedroom an elegant, yet not over the top, design.

Great product !!

I bought 2 sets. One for over my kitchen island and one over my dinette area. I tiered one over the island and let the 2 nd set fall at full length (About 4 ft long). Other than me not realizing they had a white swirl pattern in the chrome, they look amazing !! Harder to install when not using at full length, but we chose not to cut ours. Very nice quality and has added a gorgeous touch to our kitchen !!

missing parts

the screws to attach the light covers were missing (actually 20 o the nine needed were included)and when i asked for them to be sent i was told i had to return the original as you didn't stock parts and you would send me a replacement. I advised that i was out of the province for months and could not return the item within the required time frame. So I ended up receiving a new one and was charged for it and now have a useless one which would also be useless to you if you don't have the missing parts. A long time ago but the disappointment/frustration continues.
