So, while they have been dying a bit sooner as of late, honestly, they're an easy favourite toy for my dog. Like, he loves this thing. It's fairly durable, has a squeaker for some amusement, and the big draw - a kibble pocket on the underneath. It's actually a "challenge" for a dog to get the kibbles out, such that they can entertain themselves with it for some time. All you need is this hippo, some kibbles, and you're golden. If you don't have those, you can bet your pooch is gonna throw this at you before long and ask for some. Seriously, I'm pretty sure he eats more of his food from this thing than he does his bowl. He adores it. I'm sure most other dogs would too - it's a really solid toy for the money. Though I do wish their Canadian warranty was slightly better - they offered some discount, but that still means cross-border and the mess that makes for. Anyway, despite that - it's like $25 as of writing this, and for the amount of happiness it brings my dog, and hopefully would yours, I'd say it's easily worth it, even if you do have to replace it once every 5 or so months. And that's a big "if". His first one took like 2 years to get through. 5***** from me, anyhow. If you're looking for a good dog toy, there are few better, especially if you kinda wanna just leave them to have some fun while you get work done. -1 star for the below: Edit: One sour note... it's not really a warrantied item, and they treat their Canadian customers different - if you do need support, unless Amazon does something for you, it seems that the sole option available to CycleDog is shipment from the US, with all the fun that entails. They were kind enough to offer a small credit given that I had a few of these fail rather quickly vs. previous ones, but cross-border shipping is a no-go. Guys! If you sell something *in* Canada, please try and ensure there's an appropriate support infrastructure here!
