Gorgeous fireplace screen!

This turned out to be a beautiful fireplace screen, and it fit my fireplace perfectly! The price was better than most and it appears sturdy and well made.

Color is RED, not brown.

I bought this screen knowing that I planned to paint it to match my room color. That said, it is very much RED with some green accents on the leaves. Size wise, this is a smaller fireplace screen that was the perfect size for our bedroom gas fireplace. The red color was covered over with paint easily and the screen looks really pretty. I'm happy with the purchase.

Beautiful addition to our fireplace

I just love this fireplace screen. I chose it because it is reddish with some green patina and not just plain black. It compliments the items we have on our mantle so prettily. And when we have a fire in the fireplace the screen adds nuance. I would definitely choose this exact item again.

Wow! I'm so pleased.

I'm so pleased with this firescreen. I have a used brick fireplace that is more reddish than gray and I've been using a simple black wire screen. Today I unpacked the Deco firescreen. I put it at the fireplace, turned around and walked away. Then I turned to see the effect and WOW! It complements my fireplace in a way that I hadn't thought about. The curving design of branches and leaves is a perfect foil for the rectilinear brick and mortar design. And the colors! They don't match but they complement each other so well that I've changed my mind about the rest of my design and color plan for my living room. The screen is relatively heavy (solid feeling) and was stable when I put it on my brick hearth. I'm happy about my purchase and so delighted with how the screen works in my home.

Copper not burnished bronze

I like the styling, the weight, and the sizing but the color received is not even close to the online pictures. I'd return and reorder the place screen if I could be guaranteed I'd receive the burnished bronze color pictured. I'm contemplating spray painting it myself to get rid of the rust color (not a fan).

Overall happy.

Delivery was slow but we weren’t in a hurry to get it. Nice product, true to measurements. My only complaint is the coloring appears more red than brown/bronze... and there’s green in it. I don’t mind the green, but wished it wasn’t visible. Overall happy with the purchase though.

Looks nice!

I bought this fireplace screen to replace an very old brass screen. We don't use the fireplace but I recently purchased a electronic fireplace log set and wanted a new screen to finish the look. While the screen does look nice the panel on the right side is a quarter of an inch higher than the other and so the base doesn't touch the mantle. It stands fine since it is braced against the front of the fireplace.
