Better than the similar set from HF

So, the question you really want answered is whether these DeWalt bits are actually tougher/harder than those in the similar set from Horrible Fright, and the short answer is: yes. I broke two of the HF bits trying to open up a defective lithium battery, and rather than make the same mistake a 3rd time I bought these instead. No problems whatsoever removing the stubborn security-Torx screws, nor reinstalling them to the proper torque. The clamshell case is a bit more friendly to use than the almost-too-sticky grip of the rubber molding holding the bits in the HF set, too.

Surprised me!

My first time using it was on one of the round top Ikea kitchen tables. I used I think it was the 4mm hex bit. Took all the screws off with ease and when reassembling the top back, on the last screw when pulling the drill off the bit was kind of stuck. I wiggled it a bit and pulled off as usual when a bit gets stuck and it snaps in half. SMH. Now I have to go buy a whole new set of hex bits to replace that one.

Cheaper to get new set instead of sending it back to the service center.

It was an OK purchase. Deliver was fast. The bits were OK when they are in good shape. I only used T10 and T15 bits few times a month for my project. After 4 months of use, I got a stripped T10 bit. Contacted online service thought I can get a replacement bit in mail but was asked to bring the whole set back to the service center (100KM return driving). Ended up buying a new set. Of course not a DeWalt this time. I was a DeWalt fans and I am still. Just my experience with this specific product. And I hope my other DeWalt tools last so I don't have to send them to the service center.
