I had a hard time finding 18. It was put in a box shorter so they folded it but as used stiffness always goes away

I ordered this way back in the beginning of July. UPS said that they delivered it, but not sure who they delivered it to, because it wasn't my house. I never contacted customer service because the price was so miniscule, it wasn't worth bothering them. I did however write a review (not about the product) but about the fact I was inable to give a review. Lo and behold I receiced my material in the mail, the other day. Thank you Amazon for honoring this lost purchase, which was through no fault of your own. This Aida is very easy to work with it's soft, and I enjoy stitching on it, not to mention 18 count is hard to find in craft stores. Again thank you!

Maybe *don't* crease up my Aida, Amazon.
It's DMC, so it's good Aida. Reasonably priced, Prime Shipping always makes things better. Do wish that Amazon hadn't folded the whole thing in half to put it in an envelope though. Sort of defeats the purpose of rolling it in a tube but hey, what do I know.

The product arrived in a timely manner. The price is perfect, compared to having to order Aida cloth through specialty stores. The regular quality is there, the cloth appears like any other I would buy. This product is great for any stitcher who designs their own patterns or who needs more cloth for whatever reason.
