Perfect for the job

I used these to rebuild my dock. It was put together with a little angle brackets and one bolt. These are amazing for making a strong dock. My dock is a thing of beauty now. The new cedar boards on top help too.

Evidently the manufacture doesn’t know how to measure things correctly.

The media could not be loaded. These brackets are specifically stated to be for half inch carriage bolts. They are not even close. Ordered these for a job and was highly disappointed to find that half inch carriage bolts don’t even fit through the hole. Maybe the manufacture needs to learn how to measure or learn how to properly state sizes for their brackets. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Kind of Incomplete.

It’s a nice product but incomplete. If you install them as directed on the box (see photo) then you’re 4 backer plates short. I ordered extra in anticipation so it’s not that big of a deal, just something to keep in mind when ordering. The 4 stars is only due to the package being incomplete, if the kit included 4 corners and 8 backing plates then I would go 5 stars.

Not enough backer plates

Note that since each inside corner touches two sides of the structure, to back up both sides you need 2 backer plates for each corner, or 8 backer plates for these 4 corners. Quality okay but only time will tell in a marine environment.

Only 4 backing plates I'm sure it should be 8 to cover each side of the 4 l brackets

Actually 1/8 inch thick!

The description says they are 1/4 inch thick, but they are 1/8 inch thick. Had to return. Easy return....thumbs up!
