Great pump!

I use the EcoPlus pumps on my DIY canister filter projects and they seem to last forever. The 300 GPH pump I purchased over 5 years ago and still going strong. This new 1032 (i think) pump is providing filtration to my 55 gal tank (maybe a little over kill). It's not as quiet as the smaller pump but still very tolerable. I highly recommend this EcoPlus pump for any situation where a reliable, quiet pump is needed.

Make sure you get the newer model, which has a bottom draw adapter.

Beware of getting old stock vs new stock. It seems the newer ones have a different box design and come with a bottom draw adapter (which is absolutely critical to getting water as low as possible)! I bought the Eco 1056 and it was the updated version, but it just wasn't enough for my needs... So I got the Eco 2245, but it did not come with the adapter. I compared the boxes, and the 1056 version had a 2017 copyright date, whereas the 2245 didn't have a copyright date at all. I can only guess that there will be a mix of new vs old stock. My suggestion - do whatever you possibly can to get the newer model so you get the bottom draw adapter. As far as the product itself goes, it's fantastic. Easily cleanable, easy to swap the adapters as needed, and it's a standard thread so you can modify it (such as using PVC adapters) to suit your needs.

Great pressure, relatively quiet

Used this for a 32gal res feeding 1/2" pvc, and 3 floraflex 8 port distribution domes, for up to 24 plants fed at once. Set up on a timer and they are auto watered. Love it.

Solid pump with accessories

I'm building a new water feature in my yard and I needed a pump. I was able to get this on from Amazon for half the price of the box stores. I liked the number of adapters they included with it so I had no trouble hooking up my first test pipe. The pump also has adapters so it can be used as a submersible or out of the water. Volume is more than I need right now, but eventually I'll build a waterfall and need it.

Good price, a little noisy for aquariums in your living space FYI

Great so far, seen a lot of comments of it failing after a week.( I’ll update in a weeks time.) however I would give it five stars if it was less noisy but for the price you can’t beat it, that’s for sure. This is my transfer from 20g sump filter to 75g aquarium.

Flawless for over 7 years

I have this in a large fountain/small pond - about 300 gallons. There are times where I have had my filter completely full of gunk and its still turning. Amazing.

Worked ok for a while

13 months later, I use the pump infrequently and the output is now less then half of what it was new, all other plumbing unchanged. Almost worthless to me at this point, and the warranty is 3 months expired. Works good, the end twists off and you can have easy access to the impeller. This however leaks on mine. Not a big deal for me cause mine is mounted outdoors, would be a huge problem if you mounted indoors. Works best if you can use it submerged, I used it both submerged and suction mounted and the exterior mount works better for me, so I can leave it mounted.

Pompe pour Baril de récupération de pluie

Je l’utilise pour vider un baril de recuperation de pluie, la pression n’est assez forte au bout d’un boyau de 50 pieds / la pompe répond à ses critères. Pour moi, il me manque un peu de hauteur.
