Cheap but great for painting

The picture shows long handles. These are short handle brushes. Also, the heads of the brushes are NOT that big. The pix really deceives you. But for the price, I use these to dig in and scratch up my paintings. Great for acrylic and a messy painter. Was just hoping for BIGGER brushes. Lol.

Good Overall Brush

These brushes are a bit stiff and can be scratchy, so when trying to paint a nice smooth surface there will be scratch marks in the paint. Also, they do tend to shed bristles a lot in the beginning. Otherwise, they are a decent brush for the starting artist.

missing brush top

Brushes appear to be find but the #4 round is missing it's head. I looked in the package but it was not there. Could have been fixed in a second with a dab of glue. However there are 23 more brushes to choose from so If I can't use one of the others then none would due anyway. They might be perfect for my purpose haven't tried them yet.

great length, great price, i just really don’t like how COARSE the bristles are. good for texture pieces but horrible for water paints and for painting solid covered areas

brushes

was not happy with these bristle brushes at all. they shed alot on my canvas and was hard to get off the canvas. they do not clean well. the metal piece holding the bristles were loose and came off while painting. not recommending.

Remember, most often, you get what you pay for.

The metal piece came away from the handle on the first stroke. Then after spending money to re-glue them , I also used pliers to re-crimp them, during use they left bristles behind on every stroke. For garage sale signs or “throw away” brushes, they’re fine I guess. For any real work of art (beginners included) I would not recommend.
