False advertising. Each ramp is rated at 3,000lbs. Much more
On the bottom it tells you not to exceed 3,000 lbs, 6,000 for the pair. What does the page say? Amazon sells 2 plastic ramps that look identical and cost the same but one claims to hold 16,000 and the other is different. I bought the "different" because it's Amazon's choice (because there's more profit in selling a poorer one for the same as a good one). Even if they said they hold 16,000 lbs, they'd be lying because those hold 4,000 each. Let's stick with these 3,000 lb ramps. My wagon has a 4 liter engine and it's the same car as the ones with a 2 liter engine. The weight of the front is vastly greater than the rear. I think it's 65/35. In any case, these 2 ramps are never holding BOTH THE FRONT AND THE REAR of any car. You'd need at least 2 more ramps. The ground clearance will never let you get a ramp under the car for the rear to drive up them and in fact they say not to do this. This means that they lied to me and they are lying to you. What's worse, my number hits the ramp. Some of these have ramp extenders. Not on Amazon yet. zbut these extenders are $200. The lack of economies of scale drives up the price. Bottom line, the ramps together hold 6,000. Do not assume the front weighs the same as the rear. They said they hold 12,000 lbs. That is a lie. Your tires must be no wider than 9.5" I gotta say this. I get so tired of asking the most basic and obvious questions about the products for sale on Amazon. What the hell is the deal? I had to ask 4 questions on a recent purchase. it is a cylinder in shape. "How long is this? What is the diameter? How does it stay in place? Does it come with adaptors to fit cars with different sized holes for these? How many peak watts and how many watts rms do they handle? Is the crossover built into the speaker? I don't see one. I also see mention of a 3 db attenuation. That's would reduce the high frequencies and yet the literature clearly states that the 3db button makes the sound crisper and cleaner with "more highs and clarity"? Which is correct? What is the impedance? Why are none of these necessary pieces of info not shown on the page? Is that just to waste our time and infuriate us? If so, you're doing a fantastic job. Would you consider getting a different job because we're all VERY tired of asking for every GD scrap of necessary information? Obviously the last 3 were made up, because Amazon doesn't give us enough room to ask a question specifically enough for the reader to know what we're asking about in technical things, but it's obvious they're fake for other reasons too. However, the rest are real, I swear. I asked a number of absolutely necessary questions on an amified because absolutely nothing was posted. Eventually, I asked why none of my questions were being posted or answered. So I bought it just so I could read the manual. I did, it was crap, I sent it back and they wrote me an email, completely stunned that I wasn't satisfied. I told them precisely what was wrong with the product and with the most generous time they could muster they offered to assist me with the purchase of an even more overpriced piece of ... whatever. I already told then that for half the price I already bought one that outranks them in every category. Maybe that's why these companies don't waste their time posting information? Then there's these ramps. There are 2 that look identical. But 1 is 12,000 lbs (that's 6,000 lbs for 2 ramps in the add, lying jerks). Then there's another that's 16,000 lbs (that's 8,000 lbs for 2 ramps they are selling lying jerks.) Both are the same orice. Both are Amazon's recommendation. Why recommend a weaker ramp for the same price? Why even show us a ramp that is the same in all respects but weaker?. Who wants a weaker ramp? Not me, but I got confused by the number of ramps. I don't even know if my car bumper can clear the incline. The steel ones didn't. I don't drive a race car. It's just a VW wagon. (Anyone want to buy some steel ones. They're free. just come get them) The summary of my review is that they te you to put it on a level surface but if you look on the bottom, they leave large moulding blobs that would not be good for the ramp. Not a problem. The weight capacity is a big problem because this is a lie. You couldn't get 12,000 lbs on the ramp, God for only 6,000 lbs evenly distributed on thev2 they're selling on the page. You'd need 2 more ramps and a mini car with huge ground clearance to get a ramp under the car. Never gonna happen. It's a lie. 2 ramps is what they're selling, those are what you'll use, mostly on the front where the weight of your car is as much as 3 times heavier (75/25 split like some trucks). Complain to Amazon about listings with little or no information, false information. No modern pick-ups should buy these. Widest tire size at it's widest should not exceed 9.5". Do they make trucks this little? I don't know if my bumper clears the ramp. I have no spoilers. It's just that the steel ones have short ramps up to 6.5". These are a little longer.

Decent ramps
Works great for an Audi Q3. Easy to set up and get the front of the car in the air for quick maintenance or checks underneath. Not so great for a stock 2007 3 series (E90 models). The ramps slide as soon as the car is halfway up. (This is on flat concrete.)

Very good for do-it yourself maintenance on a vehicle at home.
These are much lighter than my sheet-metal ramps that I've had for 35 years. They are just as sturdy (and bulky), but much easier to move around.

Low profile ramps
They work great on our cars!

Could be a little higher…
Changed the oil in a Honda civic and I could barely get under the car. I could never use a rolling bench. Maybe best for suvs and cars that have a higher ground clearance.

Good ramps
Used ramps once to test them. They slide on my flat driveway and on garage floor so i need to put a bumper plate behind them. I have a 2017 wrx stock height and they clear by about a couple inches. Overall i plan to only use for fluid changes but any actual work id go with jack stands.

Work as good as I expected.
So, I read the reviews for these. I see a few people had them crack or break, but with an approval rating from all the reviews well over 90%, I bought them. I have used them 3 times and they work great. Having said that, I still place safety stands under the car and I chock the wheels for obvious safety reasons. These ramp also store very well as they stack very conveniently. The are a bit low profile, but there is no way they will work with my Corvette, it is too low, but I bought them for our daily driver so it was no big deal. All in all, very good purchase.

Make sure you have a LEVEL surface!!
I've been using the ramps on my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, and 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. The ramps hold up extremely well when I need to get under the car to do an oil change. What I've noticed is that if you are not on a completely level surface, or are on a surface with a slope going towards the left or towards the right, chances are you're going to crack these ramps very easily. The best tip is to park the ramps right up to the wheels and make sure they look centered and straight with the wheel. Once you do that, you can accelerate gently up onto the ramps and you'll feel the bump when the ramp stops the car as it levels out. Anyway, perfect for my car, just remember to buy a pair of chocks.

Delivered to my door in 2 days, just as promised
Pulled out of box and layed on the garage floor. They were not level so I flipped them over and found the residual plastic when they poured the casting was blobbed and had to cut it off with a hand saw on both ramps...took 1 minute but showed a little quality control issue. These are very sturdy. They have a small rubber "catch" at the tip of the ramp to keep the ramp pinned between the tire and the floor which stops the ramp from skidding when you drive up. When you are done, they stack together for storage and are very lightweight.

I feel safe for once
I usually work under my car with jacks. The ramps are easy to get onto and are safe enough to use alone without jacks. Great product and doesn't move under weight of car!

Work great, a bit heavier than you might think!
I like to change my own oil, why pay someone else to do something so simple? With my subaru forester I have 8" of ground clearance, but it's just not a lot when you're under the car. This gives me that added lift that allows me the comfort of space. A bit nerve racking driving up them on my own, usually ask a family member to watch - I bet turning mirrors would work too.
