It Works!

Why didn’t I get this sooner? The way they make these jars and bottle caps, you’d think these corporations had a war on seniors, women snd people with arthritis. I don’t have to bang bottles of Gatorade or jars on my sink and hirt my hands anymore. They sent me the line green color. Goes with my kitchen and price is reasonable. The mesh jar openers work for bigger jar caps, too.

Works well if you can fit it on to the thing to be opened!

This item is a a novel idea intended to solve an old problem. Overall, it is clever and useful. However, the stiffness of the grips makes it difficult to open to the needed size should that size be wider than the relaxed opening. If it were more pliable, perhaps it would be a "WONDER TOOL". Many jars are wider than the relaxed item fits. Having arthritis makes for difficult jar opening. I like this product but it needs tweaking.

It's not as easy to work as I hoped but it does work

Arthritis stole my hand strength so I need a device like this. My issue with it is that you still need a fair amount of hand strength to operate it and to me it feels somewhat unwieldy when using it. It's difficult for me to balance it on the bottle. I do use it often, just wish it was a little easier to handle and use. Keep in mind I have a pretty significant level of arthritis. The extra pads that come with it have some value but they aren't the answer for me.

Jar openers

The round openers work great but I can not get the big hard plastic to work on any jar.

A little awkward to use, but you'll get the hang of it. actually I use the friction pads more than the tool.
