Perfect

I have a treadmill that has nothing to hold on to for stability. Although it may be a unique use for one, this wider walker fits perfectly on the floor along the sides of treadmill so I can safely keep the speed up.

Bariatric Walker

It's not that I dislike the product. When I bought the walker, I did not realize that there were variable sizes. I ordered this in a hurry because the doctor's office screwed up our order. I had to order one myself I was hoping to get it with in four days which I did. Unfortunitly the walker was too big for my husband. I bought it because it was made of steel, so I thought it would be sturdy. He was not able to use this. It's made for a bigger person. We never used it and Amazon would not take it back, so I was not happy about that. Disappointed Buyer

Bariatric Walker tested for 600 pounds

Really like my new walker... Im just getting to point I need one from time to time and so many medical devices are so expensive that it was a great surprise to see this walker for such a low price.. usually anything made for such weight limits makes the cost triple ... So I was expecting I get something with poor quality right....well. WRONG... it appears to be very well made and after using it a while I can say it holds 450 lb. plus with no issues at all.... a big Thank you to this company for providing a much needed device at an affordable price...

Wonderful

I became unable to walk without assistance in a matter of 1 week. My boy got me a walker at Walmart. Walmart brand. It's what they had. Rickety piece of garbage. Not meant for my weight capacity. So I found this. It was hard trying to find one without the wheels. This is wider and most definitely sturdier. I no longer feel like I have to hobble my steps in a narrow confine. My arms are out away from my sides in a more stable manner. It is heavier. But not a huge amount. I can also do my home therapy with this much easier.

Very sturdy

I bought an aluminum one from Drive that was ok, but it wiggled a lot. I’ve been getting stronger and have been wanting to walk around my house, but l had little confidence in the aluminum one. The reviews were good for the steel version, so l got one. At first, l was able to stand with it. Then, as l became more confident, l was able to stand unassisted but with this walker nearby...just in case. I short order, l was encouraged to try some steps and then a few more. Now, l can do a few laps around my dining room. This walker is very sturdy. I am over 300# and it supports me well. My legs are weak, so l get around by using my upper body. I’m very pleased with it.

So far seems OK

Bought this after the term expired on the Invacare bariatric walker we had on loan from the Red Cross. It is noticeably lighter and flimsier than the Invacare. The snaps that are used to fold it seem kind of weak. I had to buy the wheels separately. which added greatly to the cost. It was delivered very quickly, which was the only reason I bought this one. Some of the others on Amazon.ca were taking 2 to 5 months to arrive, which is just not acceptable. It has a 500 lb capacity posted on the machine. Hopefully it will perform as needed. I also bought the Medline Walker skiis for it initially, which fit perfectly and were a lot cheaper than the Drive Medical ones. The Nova Medical cane holder fits on it as well.
