Fantastic little unit
Had my reservations on how well this unit would perform, no complaints this thing is awesome. Easy install less than an hour. First and foremost, the unit is small compared to others, you don't have to be an electrician, no firewall pass through and unit works, it just works. The hardest part is trying to decide where to place the unit, no joke it is really that easy. Positive/Negative cable, download the app, pair - hook up lights and DONE. Also gives you the opportunity to daisy chain devices. BTW - you do not need the Garmin Navigator it works with your smartphone, allowing you to control lights, strobe, dim, fading - just incredible. Would purchase again in a heartbeat. Really nice feature about the app is the customization. I love the fact that it has a reading on how many AMPS loads you are currently running when the lights are on. Haven't tried on IPad yet but heard it works just as well.

The PDU to end all PDUs!
Easy install, easy configuration, no plumbing wires through the firewall... boy, this thing could have saved me 100s of hours building my own Bussman PDU. Sure the Bussman came out very neatly, but access to the wires are under the unit, making it very difficult to plug in (sorry, I didn't see this until it was installed in the engine bay). This Garmin has been installed for 30 days and it's ridiculously easy to install and use. You can use your smart phone or Garmin Nav unit to control the switching. Best of all, it has all of the features of it's competitors, including fading, strobing, etc., for at least $100 less. In some cases, as much as $500 less. And yes, you can install more than module if your needs require it. Ok, it's only been in for 30 days. I'll update at 6 and 12 mos to see if it's as reliable as it is today.
