A few drawbacks

Two things to consider: The metal handles get extremely hot. Consider some kind of slip-on handle cover, or at the very least always use a pot holder. The other issue is in the lid design. There’s a gap between the lid’s glass and metal ring. Food gets caught in the gap and can be a pain to clean out.

Not scratch resistant

I’m happy with these. But they do scratch.

I noticed today my large 5 qt pot has a spot that apparently the nonstick surface is scratched

I love my pans but it looks like the diamond non stick coating is scratched and I do not use metal in my pans at all and I only use a soft sponge to clean them that is the only thing that disappoints me I have only had them since September. I followed all the directions before use.

I dislike the fact we didn’t get it a lot sooner!!!!!!I. I love the color blue. Food cooks evenly all the way across the pan. Great cook ware.

Who woud have thought

I have bought only high-end cookware until now, we bought these for our vacation home and they are incredible. Heat fast, cook even, and clean amazingly well. Ill be buying these to replace my All-Clad at home now.

Nonstick cookware

This is a great product. You can cook with it without anything sticking, which is great. The frying pans are a little small, but I will be ordering a larger one. From the same company.

Excellent non stick product

Good quality product. non stick as long as you use medium to low temperatures. Easy to clean after using with soap and water. Hope they last for years.
