Cylinder size is good.
Cylinders are great, pump is junk. And unless you are playing with a partner, I'm not sure how you'd hold them on both nipples at the same time, though once you get them started you could reconnect then to the double tubing. Personally, I prefer different suction on each side. I disconnected them and use them individually with a brake bleeder pump I bought.

Suction really isn't enough for me. But the detachable cylinders are great. Well made and sturdy.

Suction is weak and there is no way to operate with only 2 hands! Also does NOT come with instructions!

It’s cheap but can be modified
I ordered this and the suction is terrible. The cylinders are fine. The problem is the ball used to pump with…. I pulled the ball pump off inserted a piece of tubing in the hole to accommodate my brake bleeder. Boy let me tell you… suction is so great now that I have to be very careful to avoid water blisters. I’m happy… slight modification and I’m enjoying the pleasure of nipple pumping.

Not good very cheap
I was so excited to receive this so I could pump my own nipples but the vac release button broke off during the first use. Also the BULB is soo hard to squeeze and to use this by oneself is next to impossible. You have to hold the cups in place and that takes 2 hands and then try to pump it while holding it in place.. maybe if the BULB wasn't so firm You could manage... Don't waste Your time nor Money on this !

Don’t waste your time on this! It has no suction which is the whole point. And it’s next to impossible to put each one on and pump it. Even with lube it doesn’t suction to your body. Don’t waste your money. Since you can’t return.

Cheap Plastic Cylinders.
These nipple cylinders are made thin and they do not stand up to the pumping. The first time we used them, one cylinder cracked at the fitting because of "over-pumping". Not bad for light pumping and very modest sensation.
