Simple pop-up, simple delights

I am writing this review with a little bit of sadness. I sent this card to my mom last year and she was happy. A simple card, simple delights. This year she is being diagnosed for cancer so the family is busy with all possible options and there won't be any birthday celebration. I always try to send a pop up card to get people's attention. Recipients tend to display a pop up card somewhere in the house for some time, compared to a traditional card, they might just put it in a drawer. Nonetheless, this simple pop-up card requires a 2nd oz postage. The thoughts count so if your recipient is someone who cares more for the intrinsic meaning, not the physical card, this card suits its purpose. Otherwise, you may want to consider a more elaborate pop-up card. In this digital era, proponents of sending a paper card encourage people to send a physical card and write a message on the card. Handwriting is still seen as a sign of authenticity and immediacy. The act of sending someone a paper card carries a particular message. It tells the receiver you’re thinking of them in times of celebration or difficulty. My mom took out all the cards she received, and informed family members about her illness. It’s a bittersweet feeling for me as we help her on her last journey. Hope this review touches your heart and you will send cards to someone you care about.
