Got this a a birthday present for my 5 year old grandson. He loved it once it was set up and refers to it as "the big hammer game". They have a great yard for croquet and this one loved to be outside. I believe he will get good use out of it even by himself if big brother is busy with something else.

Overpriced for low quality

This set is priced much higher than it should be. The shafts for the mallets are thin, the balls are small and cheap, and the quality is what I'd expect to get from the sports aisle at a regular store for half the price. We are returning this set so we can buy a better set.

This set is for children and not adults. Buyer beware!!!

I bought this set as a gift for a friend thinking it was for adults, IT IS NOT!!! When it arrived and I saw the box that it came in there was something wrong judging from the small size of it compared to what you see in the online photo. I could not return it as the package was sent to my friend (gift receiver). Over priced for what it is and it should have the description as a set for youth and not adults. I feel misled and the set is extremely over priced for what it is. My disappointment is an understatement!

In this price range, the set is okay, it is mainly for kid because the mallets are light but that is what I bought them for. When the mallets are screwed together they do not fit in the supplied bag and I do not want to screw the mallet and handle in and out repeatedly because it is wood on wood which will eventually wear down, metal screws would have been good hear.
