Can't get the backing off!

This is a great product if and when you can get the backing off! I've tried to get it cold...I've tried to use it warm and nothing works to get the backing off smoothly to expose the adhesive! The backing tears, the backing sticks and it's really useless unless the backing peels off correctly! Don't waste your time or money!

Pure GARBAGE!!

This stuff is a complete waste of time and money. The griptape won't release from the backing paper! Wasted about 40 feet of this stuff before I just gave up. Most of it went into the trash. Very disappointed!!

works good but, if you have a board with a dark top layer. The color will show thru a little.

Its ok, but not as rough as expected.

This is "thin". I say that because I had to double it up so I couldn't see the color of the bamboo board I have underneath it. I would not call it bad though. I also dont think it's overly grippy, the tape I am replacing is twice as rough as this.
