Pretty Good Overall

As many people have already mentioned, this rack is heavy duty and appears well made. As such, it can easily hold up to the demands of smoking at elevated temperatures for a long time. I just completed my first smoke and the ribs turned out great. My only issue is that the rack isn't long enough to fully support the ribs and they flopped over and touched each other as you can see from the attached photo. I think it would have been even worse if I put five racks in rather than the three racks I smoked. Perhaps Baby Back's would have worked better since they aren't as tall as the St Louis Ribs I smoked. Regardless, the rack needs to be longer to more fully support the ribs in my opinion. This rack is significantly more expensive than other racks for sale on Amazon but I was willing to pay it because I thought (mistakenly as it turns out) this rack was made in the USA rather than foreign made. Much to my surprise, this was not made in the USA but in China per the COOL on the box as you can see in the attached photo. I clearly need to do a better job investigating COO and wouldn't have spent the extra money on this rack if I knew it was made in China. I wish Amazon would include this clearly in their product descriptions.

Works well on my 20” blaze Kamado

This is by far the most sturdy setup I found looking between brands. I saw complaints about cleaning it, I don’t think there is anything I’ve used in my smoker for hours and had at least moderate difficulty cleaning. After soaking it most everything came off fairly easily, my only struggle was just the small amount of space to squeeze my large hands into. That being said if it’s a little tricky to clean…get over it, it performs well at what it was intended to do.
