Different size but useable. No useful manufacturer support.

The parts were a little longer than the originals but were easy enough to install. I took two stars off because Kington Brass does not provide good support. I spent an afternoon taking a tour of other web sites to find this. Kington Brass didn't even know that this part is available.

Original replacement valve - but missing one piece that's in the picture

This looks, feels, and acts like the original - so it probably is. One note is the big round chrome piece that sits directly under the knob is *NOT* included (see pic) - ya just get the valve and associated washers etc. This was fine for me as I didn't need it anyway (and would rather not get it and throw it out). You basically get everything you need to fix a leaking valve (and more as the valve cartridge DOES come out and can be purchased separately - that may be all you need). If the description on Amazon did not show the piece ya don't get I would give this 5 stars.

Purchased bathroom faucet set.....beautiful design. After 10 years (still under warantee) they sent me needed replacement parts. They required that first I send photos of the "stems" , in addition to purchase order with all the details on it. & photographs! They sent me an email with the parts I would need and the parts serial numbers as seen on Amazon. I found those parts with the numbers they provided and bought them. The plumber showed me they were not the right size It did not Fit!!. I have been without a sink to wash my hands, brush my teeth or wash my face for 10 days so far. They are so inept that I am switching manufacturers and have no choice but to re- purchase a faucet and handles for a completely new set....I will never buy from Kingston Brass again. They are great designers but are incapable of other functions that they need to be in this business.
