Substantial

This collar is substantial in material strength and hardware. The leash ring is large, making it easy to locate and connect. There is little chance of the collar coming off unintentionally. The cinch length is just the right. When the collar length is adjusted properly, the cinch has a hard stop to avoid strangling the pup. Overall, very pleased with the purchase and recommend it without hesitation. The medium size is perfect for our 6-month-old male Boykin Spaniel leaving room to expand with growth.

Great Collar for Pullers! Edit: not good for chewers

Great slip collar, helps me control my rowdy Australian Heeler puppy. Definitely a high quality collar with rounded metal and thick webbing/stitching so it won't dig in when it tightens. Edit: Unfortunately the collar came off twice within a month, once while walking and the second time in the house where the dog chewed it in half.

Great collar & made of great materials

Great product. My dog kept working his old collar off and chewing the plastic fittings. He has tried it a couple of times with this collar but all the fittings are metal. He has stopped trying to take it off. The materials are much better and and attractive. It should last a long time. Thanks!

It claims to be limited slip, but once it slips it is stuck.

The first time the dog pulls it stays stuck in the tightened position. It appears to be a design defect because the section of nylon connecting to the leash clip is 3 layers thick and just slips through the buckle, but it doesn’t release on it’s own, so I have to manually manipulate the collar every time the dog pulls.

Looks cool, but comes undone and doesn’t help.

It looks great, but the clasp system they use is just like a metal bit that slips around another metal bit and honestly it has just randomly come apart and fallen off my dog in the house and out on walks. The martingale system doesn’t allow enough give either and to get any use out of it, it has to for super tight. Won’t buy again, going to replace the current one.

Great collar if it actually had a proper clasp....

We've had this collar about a week... don't buy unless you want to lose/throw away $30... damn thing's fallen of and is gone. What a waste... expected more from this company.
