Great lightweight jacket for travel in moderate temps.
I just ordered this jacket in black for my trip to Ireland and it was exactly what I was hoping for. It’s ultra soft and thin bodied and light as a feather. It can fold up easily and be put in a purse. It did not come with a carry bag but I can use another one that I have. Definitely for moderate temperatures. There is no lining. I’d say you need something warmer for under 60°. The waist pull cords are a nice feature to make it slimming. The hood pull is nice and tight. I am a size 16 or 18 pant size and I am built thicker on the bottom. I am saying it runs a bit large because I have room in it to layer underneath if needed. But it’s not too large that if I don’t and adjust the waist it looks fine. Last but not least it does cover the bum which is also nice. Only thing I did not like about this jacket was the price I thought it was a little steep for what it is. But I was desperate because I could not find anything in any store. Otherwise I would not have paid $60 for it!

Functional, but has design issues
The quality is ok. I'm 5'9," and usually wear a large or 1X. This jacket is true to size in width (it has an adjustable waist) and length (covers my butt). This jacket is 100% Nylon, imported, machine washable, hooded, and lightweight. It's good for spring weather. Cons with the jacket: The 2 problems I have with the design of the jacket are that the sleeves are too short (that's why the sleeves are pushed up on the model in the picture) and the ends of the sleeves are too tight. The elastic leaves marks on my skin. I don't think going up a size would help. I think it's just the design. Levis is a good company, but I think they overcharge. It's like you are paying at least $20 more for the name. I don't think the brand is a popular as it used to be.

Pretty jacket but the sleeves are WAY too short!
This lightweight plus size jacket in color army green has a nice look to it. It is a little tapered around the waist which is a nice touch and the scoop back is very flattering. My only problem with it is with the sleeves… the sleeves are so short! When I raise my arms around my head or bend over to reach, the sleeves pull halfway up my arm. The wrists are also a tight elastic with is also uncomfortable. It just doesn’t make sense to have a plus sized jacket that is roomy and stylish and then these tiny sleeves and tight cuffs! You can actually see it in the picture of the model with the hood up. She is standing straight up and the sleeves end before her wrists. This is a big design flaw.

The one that I received wasn't carefully made or quality checked....
The Levi's Size Women's Plus Lightweight Windbreaker Jacket that I received wasn’t well made. The first time that I opened one of the two snap-closed front pockets, the snap tore through the thin nylon. There are two snap-closed pockets; the left pocket has the snap sewn on the pocket’s top hem - giving it extra layers of fabric for strength. The right pocket snap was sewn half on the hem and half on the pocket itself. So when I attempted to snap it open, it tore through the thin fabric. I can’t see a way to repair this since the fabric is so thin. Of course, the jacket can still be worn, but the broken pocket is a disappointment. On the plus side, the zipper works well and the sleeves have elastic at the cuffs. There’s also a way to cinch the waist for a better fit. The two vertical top pockets would be more useful if they had velcro closures. The jacket was made in China of lightweight nylon and can be machine washed and tumbled dry on low.

Not overly large like other reviews say
Before I ordered this I read the other reviews to check on sizing and several people said it was larger than they expected. Well, I normally buy 2X in Levi’s and this was not able to even zip on me. If you are a plus sized person who normally wears a 2x, you should get the 2x and not the 1x like I did. I typically wear a 20/22 in most other brands (loft, torrid etc) I do really enjoy the fabric of this jacket, so I am sad that it doesn’t fit!
