Great chairs

Assembly was easy, and sturdy after completion. The cushions were comfortable, and the chairs made a nice addition to our Florida room. Highly recommend!

So far they seem pretty sturdy. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because where you sit is not iron, but mesh. That’s where are last chairs ripped. Hopefully with the cushions that won’t happen again.

Good value

For the price (about 123 a chair), this is a good value. Not the highest quality outdoor furniture, but it doesn't carry an outrageous price tag. While it's difficult to determine the company (the box had the name Patio Festival; the brochure inside had the name Top Home Space; and the informational fly enclosed had the name Festival Depot), this company has figured out that assembly parts are dirt cheap. I've bought a few sets of outdoor equipment and furniture which were short some parts (a bolt, a screw, or a nut). This company provided extra everything - bolts, screws, nuts, and washers - more than enough. Assembly was pretty straightforward and fairly easy. In addition to the extra hardware, the set comes with two 13mm wrenches and one hex key wrench. Everything you need to assemble this is included in the set. This is the first patio chair I've owned that has a metal backrest. I had my concern about comfort, but that quickly faded when I sat down. The backrest is completely smooth - no ridges or protruding pieces - and feels comfortable on the back. One thing I did notice about this is the backrest is 2-3 inches shorter than the other two brands I own. Not a problem thought, as it's still comfortable. The other thing I noticed was these only had three support struts from the ring to the base, where the box store brands have four, sometimes five. This is still sturdy and I don't see the one less strut being an issue. For the price, I definitely recommend these chairs. Pros: - Good product for the price - Extra hardware provided - Assembly tools included Cons: - Backrest is shorter than other brands of similar chairs

Great chair but directions could have been better.

I bought 10 chairs for a large table and they look great! The first chair was challenging to set up because the directions are diagrams, that aren't completely clear. It would be great if there were word directions to supplement the diagrams. The diagrams would have been easier if they were larger. Had they been, I would have probably seen a little ridge on the back of one of the bars that I didn't catch until I'd set up 8 of them....ugh! I had to dismantle the tops from the bottoms and redo...It was a lot. However, if you set it up correctly, the first was a little confusing, but after that I went through them pretty quickly, about 20-30 minutes per chair, not counting having to unscrew the base and the chair to change directions. There's a lot of screws and parts. Not noticing the ridge definitely added a level of frustration to the process. Other than that I feel a sense of accomplishment that I got it done. Overall I'm super happy with the chairs and they were worth the process!

Sturdy and comfortable.

These are very nice looking chairs. Cushions have velcro tabs to keep them in the chair. Swivel is nice because I'm short I can get up from the table with a short spin and I don't have to move the chair. I would't really call these rockers there is barely any front to back movement. These chairs were NOT fun to put together. Though directions are clear and hardware was labeled well they were time consuming and there are a couple of places during the process one can put them together wrong. Hubs and I, working together averaged about a chair an hour. We purchased 6 chairs making assembly a nearly all day sucker!

We've used them on our boat all summer and they held up nicely. We do put the cushions away when we aren't using them to prevent sun damage. I do wish the cushions were a little thicker but overall very happy with our purchase.

Rust after less than two weeks!

Purchased these chairs for my pool deck. However after being outside less than two weeks, all the chairs have begun to rust. So much for the “powder coating” that was supposed to last “for years”. Would not recommend these chairs for purchase.
