Charm is cute, but not what I ordered.... Twice

I ordered both the large and small version of this charm and the large one was perfect. The small one said "I love my dog", which was super cute, except it was for a cat. So I explained the error, sent back the old one and a new one was sent... That said "I love my dog". At that point I gave up and gave the charm to my next door neighbor that has a small dog. The product itself is great if you receive what you actually ordered.
