16$ to return. too stiff, too large

It cost me 16$ cheapest shipping to ship back, nearly what i paid for it , shouldve kept it , and given it as a gift , but i was just mad that it didnt do what i needed... i was hoping it would be a soft and the same size as the typical / standard memory foam pillow out there , this one was too firm and too large for my nwck to nicely drape over , Im 5,7 120lbs and have a long neck, Im hoping to find a childs size cooling gel travel pillow like this.

Very Comfortable

I really like this pillow. It is very comfortable. I use it both as a neck pillow when I sleep in my recliner and as a regular pillow when I sleep in a bed. It goes with me on the road too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the bamboo cover prevents it from being cooling during the summer months. I made a cotton cover for it out of an old pillow case and it works fine. I will really enjoy the soft, cuddly bamboo cover in the winter.

Supper comfy and great for car trips. Too big for flying. Husband loved the smaller one for flying.

The shipping was fast and the quality was nice but this thing is just huge

The shipping was fast and the quality was nice but this thing is just huge. It's not a practical thing to bring on an airplane. It would work great to pack in your suitcase and use a pillow on a bed in your hotel but I would say pass for the plane on sheer size alone. Check the dimensions before you buy.

I like the coolness of the neck pillow

I like the coolness of the neck pillow. The problem with the pillow is it's size. I can not use it for very long till my neck starts hurting because it is too large.

Its an OVERSIZED neck pillow. The size is huge and probably too big to hang over a bag strap. No issues with quality

Way to thick as a neck pillow and really does not provide any cooling effect. It is comfy though.

Great support and comfort.

The product is definitely much better than a blowup but you will need to be able to lug it around. Used on plane to Italy and several train trips up to three hours. Cover in August is too hot so just took off the cover. Wish it had a cooling cover for hot trips
